First off Billy Bell underestimated himself on the job by $1700. This is after we signed a contract. A 2 day storage building build took over two weeks and he quit after completing 60%. The workmanship was poor to say the least. He used 1/4" plywood for the floor. I almost fell though it upon entry! Most of the framing studs were split by him using the wrong size nails with a nail gun. There are hundreds of nails poking through the plyboard walls where he missed the studs at the walls and ceiling. These guys are misfits and should not be in the contruction business! All of his positive reviews are from friends. The negative review's are from actual customers. On top if that his co-worker who he would drop off in the mornings and leave him all day by himself in the blistering sun with no transportation defacated in a 5 gallon and left it behind my home in the woods. Billy comes off as an addict who shows up when he needs a fix. Steer clear of him and his bootleg company! I wish i had. Please take heed to this. No one else deserves to go through what i did. One month later still no contact, and he refuses to answer his phone and social media post. I have pictures and proof to prove everything in this review. Again, if you need any home improvement work done, stay away from these clowns......you'll thank me later.

I don't recommend this contractor. I hired Billy to replace my front brick steps. He started the job on April 22, 2017 with the promise to come back a few days later to finish the job once the mortar had set. He never came back to do the clean up and pressure washing. I called, I text, I gave him a deadline. Over 2 months and still no Billy to complete the work. I asked for a partial refund so I could hire someone else to finish the work. No check, no Billy. Still have crappy looking front steps. Based on my experience I will never use this contractor again nor would I recommend him to anyone.

In today's world you can hardly find honest hardworking people...C&L Contracting is one of those business cards that will stay in your wallet for a lifetime!! They are genuine and affordable. When they say "We do it all" it's not just a slogan they literally mean they can do it all!! They are so clean, fast and professional before, during and after the job. You will never be left out of what's going on their communication is on point. I recommend this company to anyone needing work of any sorts done!
