I work with a lot of contractors and C&K construction is the easiest to work with and has the highest quality work/sub contractors. Great people.

Did an addition on our house for us and everything worked out great. We have a great new area in our home with not issues. Everything looks great be because of great craftsmanship.would highly recommend this builder for your next home.

Really knowledgeable and an experienced builder. Both inside and out. They built my home starting in fall 2016 and ending in early spring 2017. With a 7 year old home I can tell you that I have not had an issue with the construction. No cracks in paint or drywall, No nail pops, even with the wind I haven't had siding or shingle issues. There are a lot of decisions that come up when building your home no matter if it is all custom or just a few changes. Alan listened to what I wanted, gave advise on how to make it work and we moved forward. I never had a hard time getting a hold of him with questions and they built our home in a timely manner. I would and have recommended them to family and friends that are looking for a home builder.

Alan was great and very easy to work with. We’ve loved the house C & K construction built us and would use them again should we ever need to build another one.

Building with C & K Construction was a dream. They were patient with explaining the process, asked for clarification on questions and were accommodating to last minute changes. We absolutely loved our building experience with them and can not recommend them enough. They are a great team with excellent attention to detail who care about the quality of their homes. They take great pride in their work and it shows. We have lived in and loved our house now for the past few years and look forward to building the next one with them when the time comes!

C&K built a house for us in 2020/2021. It was a difficult time to build because the price of building materials kept going up. They were upfront about the cost changes and worked with me to keep the price as close to the bid as possible. We are very happy with the way our house turned out. We have added things like solar and were told by the installers that because the trusses were set correctly their job was so much easier. It is comforting to know that your home is well built.

C and K did an addition for us, and from start to finish, they were reliable, open with their communication and their timeframe was so much quicker than we expected. When I changed my mind in colors I had picked, and wanted them changed, they were kind and accommodating and got it done fast. I also appreciated their attention to detail and if it wasn’t right, they weren’t afraid to take the time to re do it to make sure it was right. You won’t be disappointed.

We had C&K construction build us a home in thatcher. The owner was very good at acting like he cared but his over all quality showed us otherwise. We had problems with the drywall, paint, deck, flooring, plumbing, concrete.. you name it. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone. The concrete pad he put my air conditioning unit on is crumbling. He poured the concrete during a cold spell and didn’t cover it. He’s never been back to fix it. My floors make noise everywhere because some floor screws missed floor joists. When he came to fix those problems he used wood shims to brace the noisy areas. This temporarily made the noise go away but the noise is back with a vengeance. The laundry room was another problem floor noise area. The builder attempted to fix the problem using his magical shims but his efforts only made the noisy problem worse. He said he would come back to fix it right at a later date and I’m still waiting. If you’re thinking of having a home built in Box Elder County.. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else!!
