C E Stence Painting & Drywall

Craig came out to look at some drywall repair we needed done. We were very pleased to find out he could also do other remodeling work we are planning. He came back to give an estimate and said he would email it the next day. Never heard from him. I reached out multiple times by phone, text, and email but never could get through to anyone. I'm assuming he couldn't take on the projects but wish someone would've just answered the phone or replied to tell me that. I would've been understanding. I don't like to leave a poor review but to not answer my calls is unprofessional, and unkind.

I hired them to do a complete remodel on my house in Fish Lake and redo of work done by Dale Nagy who I would never recommend to anyone needing work done on their house. They were reasonable, explained everything in detail and were completely competent and knowledgeable in their work including painting, concrete work, siding, roofing and had excellent electricians and foundation people to oversee their projects. I highly recommend C E Stence to anyone, small or large projects.

We received a quote and a start time. He never showed up or called. Left two messages with his wife who said this is normal in construction to not show up on time, over 24 hours later, nothing. Craig knew we were in a bind and compounded our stress instead of keeping his word. How people stay in business like this today is beyond me.
