We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. Butterfield Construction far surpassed our expectations. Everything was done on time and on budget, and Taylor communicated with us every step of the way. We highly recommend this dynamite contractor for any remodel or new build project.

We found Taylor by google search and his review have 4.6 score. He comes to our home and say he is a high end contractor and do mostly projects for million dollars. We used him for a home project for $30K. The paint of the cabinet starts to peel off just a few months after it is done. We try to call him, message his, email him and he didn’t reply. Now it seems he don’t have any review anymore. After a month we still can’t get him to talk to us.

Taylor Butterfield is a great General Contractor! I am an Independent contractor that Butterfield Construction uses for cleaning the air ducts of the homes that they build. This ensures the air quality inside the home is pristine clean before any of their clients move in. He is very honest and has good ethics. Their work is of great quality and truly takes care of his clients and Independent contractors.

I hired Butterfield Construction to finish my basement after getting many quotes. Their price was fair & the communication was top-notch.
They finished ahead of schedule & kept me in the loop the whole time. Great experience!

Butterfield Construction walled off a room on our main level to make it an office. They were great to work with and have great attention to detail and take pride in their work.Taylor noticed things that we didn’t even see in the final walkthrough and made sure to take care of them before calling the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We really can’t say enough good things about working with Butterfield Construction, we would use them again for future projects in a heartbeat. We had them close in an open office and add a closet, and we were extremely impressed by the quality of their work, communication throughout the project, and attention to detail to ensure we were satisfied with every part of the project. We were really impressed by how friendly and reliable everyone working on the project was as well. They’re timely, reliable, professional, thorough, fairly priced. And we were so impressed by our final walkthrough with Taylor, there were very small things we hadn’t noticed that he called out and wanted to make right, which is not something I think most contractors would care to do. You can tell they value high quality work and putting in the extra effort to have everything as perfect as possible.

We used Butterfield construction to finish our basement and it turned out beautifully! I am really happy with the work that was done and the resolution of any issues that came up. Taylor and his team went out of their way to get me what I wanted and make my dream basement a reality. I would go with all of his contractors and not try to bring in any of your own. I brought it my old carpet guy to match the upstairs and the carpet is the only thing I'm unhappy with! Responsive and high quality work. We will be using this company again for any future needs.

I have not had Butterfield Construction do any work for me personally (yet), but I am always impressed with the work they do. I have known Taylor for a while, and got to see him remodel a home up in Logan that was flat out incredible. He and his team have a natural ability to see the potential in any project. Sometimes I can’t believe the remodels they decide to take on, I sit there and think “there is no way anything good can come out of that place.” Yet within a matter of weeks I eat my words as I see their amazing updates.

With the amount of construction happing all over Utah I worry about contractors rushing on jobs and not focusing on quality but that was not a concern when working with Butterfield Construction, quality and customer care seem to be their top priorities!

When we started the process of getting bids for our master bathroom remodel we contacted at least 3 different companies. I knew right away that I wanted to go with Taylor and his crew at Butterfield Construction. He was extremely quick to respond and so great with communication! His bid was very reasonable and what we really appreciated was his willingness to let us say what we could do ourselves to cut costs and what he could do to stay in the budget we’d hoped for. Every time Taylor came to the house he was on-time, respectful, and always made sure things were clean for us at the end of the day. He answered a million questions, had great communication with all the subs and kept things on track. Taylor was really knowledgeable and easy going, a delight to have in our home. Luckily, our home Reno days are mostly behind us now but I would without a doubt call Taylor again for a future project. If you’re debating who to go with, I can say with full confidence that you won’t be disappointed with Butterfield Construction!

I am very happy with Butterfield Construction . I had my bathroom remodeled in my basement. this included removal and demolition of a few walls, and florescent lighting, new closet and bathroom design with all new fixtures and new window installed. the new wall added and closet enclosures and tile in the bathroom were all finished expertly. Taylor went the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. He was very good to work with I highly recommend Him .

Taylor is awesome! He has gone above and beyond for me. I was selling a house a couple months back and the appraisal was conditioned upon an unsafe deck being removed and rebuilt. They dropped this bomb on us only a couple days before closing. Taylor seriously saved the day and did a great job with the demo and rebuild.
Just recently when preparing to sell a different house he came literally the next day and redid baseboard, repaired drywall, and made it look brand new. Seriously a great guy and a great service.
