The lady picking up the phone was the rudest ever, I called on Thursday 7/24/2025 11:15am and asked her for an estimate on a 3,300sq ft property.She says "we don't give estimates until you hire us and we are doing the work already I can't just sent my guys out there because you say so!"...So I'm thinking How can they give you a bid once they are doing the work? So they want me to hire them before they even tell me the cost?? Please find another company don't hire Bustos & Hernandez they are clowns! the person that picks up the phone is the face of the company and is the one that represents you! and clearly she's miserable with her job. Very rude and unprofessional then hangs up after yelling...So owner if your seeing this remember Loose lips sink ships. You lost business with me and I make sure I don't recommend you to anybody. One star for you and please put it where the sun don't shine

Has done 2 projects for me. Bathroom on a personal home. And a complete home remodel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Bustos and Hernandez have done four different home improvements for us, always doing excellent work and being more than pleasant. Definitely a good company.
