Recently had Bill Burke help me make a decision on the how best to recondition and seal a flat roof extension on my asphalt shingle roof. He was very thorough, honest, and professional. He recommended an application that saved me a lot of money and looks great. I could not be happier and would strongly recommend Burke Roofing.

We recently had our house reroofed. Jerry of Burke Roofing Inc. came to Fallon to take a look at our house and give us an estimate. My first impression was, "Wow! They came when they said they would." Jerry gave us an estimate on the day he arrived and showed us samples. He said if we decided to go ahead with it, he could most likely have his crew at our house the following Monday and it would take two to three days. A contract was forwarded to us that same day. They honored the date given and they worked nonstop for two long days. It was completed on the second day. I might add that they had to first remove a shake roof that had been there for 40 years. The roof looks amazing and we are more than happy with their work ethic, efficiency and commitment to getting the job done. Everything was cleaned up before they left on the second day. Thank you to Jerry Arthur and the workers who got this job done. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing projects you may have!

I recently had Graeson from Burke Roofing come out to inspect my roof, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and integrity. After a thorough inspection, Graeson informed me that my roof still has about 2-3 years of life left, and he took the time to explain why it wasn’t necessary to replace it right away. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn’t just trying to sell me a new roof.

Graeson also shared with me the signs to look out for when it’s time to consider replacement, which gave me peace of mind. His knowledge and professionalism were evident, and I felt that he truly had my best interests in mind.

My roof is about 5 years old live in high wind area so ends started flapping. Called Burke Roofing , Jerry came out looked at it. 2 days later Wayne& Timmy came out and fixed everything. I could not be happier. Called within a week it was fixed. Great Company.

Burke Roofing installed a Skyline 2 years ago,and it started to whistle with windy. I called and got no response from 3 weeks. Mr Burke called yesterday, and apologized as he had been down with Covid and hadn't been in the office for a month. His crew arrived as he said they would and fixed my problem.

I need help because my husband is passed, my skylight is leaking, I don't know what kind it is, caulking doesn't work & I found the woman on the phone to be quite rude.
I said I need help because it's leaking and around it there is also damage, her response was they didn't do repairs...but your website says skylight repairs, roofing...I need that. I'm in Winnemucca.."oh we don't go that far"
I hung up because how rude she was.

They did an amazing job! Not only is our roof beautiful, but the entire experience was excellent! I highly recommend this company! They were kind and clearly explained what I could expect during the process. They worked morning to evening and finished the entire roof in just 2 days! They did a great clean up sweep as well! My husband and I are very impressed!

We hired Burke Roofing to install 4 velux skylights at our property in Zephyr Cove (Lake Village). We first got an estimate from Bill in October 2020, but finally got it done only in June 2021. Bill and his team (that includes Larssen Construction) would deserve even more than 5 stars for the way they handled the whole project. Bill showed up at our place to review all aspects of the project (was quite tricky because we have very high vaulted ceilings and placement of scaffolding is not obvious because of stairs being in the way). Then we scheduled the dates for the work to be done. They showed up right on time that day. There were 8 people on site, and all of them were extremely polite and professional. We went through the whole installation process again together to make sure all was good, the scaffolding was put up and they went to work. It went so well that the whole process of installing the 4 skylights was completed in a single day. And what a wonderful addition this is to our townhouse. Our top floor used to be so dark during the day that we had to turn on lights in the kitchen. Not anymore. Best investment we've done. In fact, we are so satisfied of the result and how well it went with Bill's team, that we've already ordered two additional skylights for Bill to install at our place!

This company and its owner, Bill, are fantastic. Polite, super knowledgeable, professional and on time, they installed two fantastic sun tunnel skylights in under 2 hours. They transformed my living room and hall from a dark cave into a haven of bright natural light. Clean up was remarkable. It’s like they were never there. And the topper—Burke was also the least expensive of all the roofers I contacted. I would recommend them for any roofing needs.

We had Burke Roofing install 4 Sun Tunnels in our home. They were very professional, polite and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We are very pleased with the Sun Tunnels and wish we had it done sooner.

I have waited six months, since the completion of my re-roof, to write this review. I wanted to provide the most effective feedback for this company.

My research of the surrounding Reno/Sparks area lead me to compare Burke Roofing against three other bids for my re-roof. Burke Roofing was not the cheapest. This was acceptable for me, as my primary concern was with quality.

What made me go with this company is the Owner. I do not know if this is normal, but Mr. Burke came out to talk to me regarding the bid. He provided me samples of the roof options and fully explained the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything his roofers do to bring quality to his product and service.

Upon contracting with Burke Roofing, they completed my roof within 4 days. My house is not big by any means (1,400 sq. ft) and the roof is not complex. I do not know if this is impressive. I am writing this as a point of reference for others on what to expect. They provided excellent cleanup and even took care of the permit that was required to be filed with the city.

Recently, I had an inspector come to survey the house. This was unrelated but I was interested on what would be said about the roof. The inspector stated no leaks or damage (even after a couple of extreme Northern Nevada 10min downpours which produced crazy waterfalls from the roof) and even complimented the roof, on three separate occasions! He stated the roof was solid and that all the roof fixtures were properly booted and sealed. He even went as far as stating "whoever did your roof, knew how to do it right".

This was the moment that I knew I had made the right choice. The roof not only looks great, but I know quality was a priority in its construction. Therefore, I highly recommend this company. I hope this helps.

I sent a message via Yelp and provided my contact info. (including phone number) and availability. Apparently, that offended the owner Bill as he shot back a short, rude reply that if I want service I need to be the one to call them.
Unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service. PASS.

Dedicated to the trade he is in. Personal meeting with the owner, he came directly to my house and talked to me about all my options. Hes prices out bid all others in the area. His crew stripped my house, prepped, installed a sky tunnel and replaced the entire roof in only 2 days. Very fast and more then reasonable pricing. (Everyone reccomend gurr that I talked to. It was cheaper to get a 40 year at burke then a 30 at gurr). Also no lead time hea got a big enough crew where he doenst need to put you out more then 1 week (in my case)

Burke Roofing re roofed my house and did a great job. Their estimate was priced fairly and they were quick and thorough. They did a great job. It took them 2.5 days. I would highly recommend them.

Fast, well-priced, quality work. Bill, the owner, personally estimated and oversaw the job completion. Called on Wednesday and had my concrete tile roof repaired on Friday! I was expecting to have to special order and wait weeks, but Bill and crew got the materials and made the repair in 3 days. I called Burke Roofing based on the high reviews here and on yelp and I wasn't disappointed. Of the 3 roofers I called for estimate, Bill was least expensive and completed the repair before others completed estimates.

His team were always on time, very courteous, cautious about the debris and cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. The project was completed on time and on budget. Got three estimates to replace our roof. The first company came out, but then didn’t bother to contact us with an estimate until we called them TWICE. The second, highly rated, company was prompt and professional, but with so many prices on their confusing written estimate we were overwhelmed. My husband went in person to the showroom, but no one was available to answer his questions...the most important being, “What exactly does THIS estimate cover?” Then we called Burke Roofing who came out, and gave us a clear, concise estimate. Basically, these shingles are this price, those shingles are this price. We were given color choices on a brochure, and they were able to schedule our new roof within two weeks. Honestly, it took longer to get HOA approval than it did to schedule our construction! Then, the entire process took only 2 days!! It was important to me that the area be kept tidy, and it certainly was. I’m not typically a review writer, but this company deserves to be acknowledged. I highly recommend

Was referred by a friend to Burke roofing. After getting 3 other quotes, one of which was more than twice the price I ended up paying, I decided to go with Burke. I think I made the right choice. Very responsive, great workmanship, and they installed a free solar tube skylight that is amazing. I do recommend Burke roofing.

I am not a client of this company. I came home from a trip to find them on my neighbors roof. There was trash and an outhouse on my lot. I guess that they thought as long as I was not home it did not matter. Once, I complained it was moved at their convenience. Still no word from them that they were sorry or an attempt at saying they did not realize what they were doing. completely unprofessional.

Working with Burke roofing is such a pleasure. Knowledgeable and professional staff. On time and leave the job site cleaner than when they arrived. I could not imagine using another roofer.

My roof was a mess after a major wind storm with a streaming leak into a bedroom. Burke came over and checked out my roof while it was still storming and gave me an estimate that afternoon. They did great repairs in the first break of the storm.

After contacting several roofers who never answered my calls or showed up when scheduled, I contacted Burke Roofing. I was answered immediately and they came out when they said they would, gave me an appraisal which seemed reasonable. The owner then came out and helped me select colors for the roof and trim. The asphalt shingle roof was completed when they said it would be and is making it through the winter, snow and wind with no problems.

Great job on our roof very neat And all the workers show pride in what they do. Would recommend Tim and his crew if anyone needs a new roof

I got in contact with them twice and each time I had some one show up at my house to do an inspection for a leak that I have in my roof. Both times they told me they would get in contact with me with in a week and come back with some Hispanic guy that is supposedly great at finding leaks and they would get it fixed. Both times I never heard back from them and couldn't get them to return my phone calls. I guess my money isn't good enough. I would never recommend them to anyone for work to be done.

After replacing skylights at our house, they left without leaving us the paperwork with the product, so we could register it for the warranty. They also failed to return our phone calls and emails after the job. Workers used several colors of caulking, and tracked black caulking all over our tan roof. Very unprofessional foreman!
