Bumpus Roofing Systems

Bumpus Roofing just reroofed my home in December when the weather was not the best for working outside. However, the crew was great. They were efficient and worked hard, however, due to weather and getting dark so early they were going to finish the next morning. Before they left they cleaned the area and took a magnet through the yard and driveway, prepared to pick up any metal that could have harmed my tires. The job site was neat and tidy by the time they left that night.
Joel, the supervisor for Bumpus did a great job. He checked on the crew several times during the day and always checked to see if I had questions. He has excellent customer service skills, a trait that is often overlooked anymore.
The installers returned as planned the next day and completed the job.
We have used Bumpus Roofing for several years on rental properties and our personal homes. The workmanship has always been excellent by their installers and the owner, Bill takes care of his customers. Always willing to go the extra mile. The house needed painting and new gutters. We certainly did not know of any painters, but Bill and Joel recommended three painters. After interviewing all three, it was very comforting to choose one and to know the job would be done right. Joel, again stopped by several times checking on the progress. That was very much appreciated.
Bumpus Roofing is family owned and they treat their customers as family. I appreciate the fact that they will answer any questions you have and help you in anyway they can. I would give them more stars, if they were available!

Four workers finished the roof in one day. They were very respectful and neat. There were no loud music or loud equipment. They were aware that there were people in the house they were working. The supervisor of the company was readily available to answer my questions and those of the crew. He checked on them throughout the day and monitored the work process. The crew used tarps for quick thorough cleanup. A leaf blower, the loudest of all, was used for cleanup. The supervisor swept the area with a magnet to pick-up anything that was missed.
