Not cool! Without the original receipt you can not take anything back. Their excuse is to keep their inventory correct. That is so bogus. It's easily treated as an addition to inventory. Did retail for maay many years.... I get the program

customer service is terrible. nobody will get back to you. building lumber and truss quality is atrocious. i must have gotten all their returned lumber. it was only good for firewood. trusses were screwed up badly as well. delivered trusses were different than original drawings given. avoid this place if possible. i had to learn the same lesson twice.
