Very friendly and helpful folks. Great selection of needed building supplies.
They also will custom cut your lumber for a small fee. Two thumbs up.

I like this place because they still have some nails and screws in bulk. Which for the way I use them is a lot more price affordable for me than buying them in a box

Wide variety of hardware and remodeling items. Staff is always helpful but their hours of operation make it difficult for the DIYer to shop.

Bought cabinets from them two years later I got sick of waiting for the warranty faces to come in cause of swelling of the wood. Having to install myself and now half of the faces of my cabinets are white and the other half a faded white. I am having to custom fit each one because I guess in that time frame they raised the face of the drawers a quarter inch and they are now hitting the counter top. Rose was a nice lady but my experience was just awful. Do not I repeat do not go here

Yes do go all of them was ready to help and had me in and out and not just that they all know what I was talking about and knew where it was thank you

I knew what I wanted when I went to Builders FirstSource. I was met by a very friendly associate, even when I told him I knew what I was looking and where to find it, he went with me and was there when I had a question about a different product. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions.

If you are building this store can be very helpful and person that helped me was very helpful as well

Usually always have what you are looking for have shopped at that location for years. Good store and knowledgeable people are helpful.

A great place to get your supplies. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, not hesitant to assist. The store is clean, easy to find what you need and prices are comparable to the competition.

Found several items better priced than Home Depot. It does pay to shop around. Building isn't cheap but, shopping first helps. Something about the enter only thing... people always want to exit there. The enter only is pointed out toward people entering. Wondering if arrows painted on lot might help.

Another failure no help around when you walk in the store don't bother buying anything unless you're a 150% you'll use it or it will work. We purchased couple supply lines threw out the packaging kept the invoice credit card receipt ect ..
They will not return anything!!

O and all their prices are 5 to $10 more per item then the local companies..

Absolutely horrible, We ordered a medicine cabinet, A linen cabinet, And a bathroom sink. The 1st time we got it it was the wrong color, Now I understand mistakes can be made so we just ask that it be returned and that we get the right color, Also the back splash did not match the countertop. Now comes round number 2, We were told this sink and linen cabinet were in and they would deliver them at 10 o'clock, As it turns out the linen cabinet was lost they don't even know where it is or if it ever came in ! They were so late delivering the bathroom sink that I end up being late for work. The craftsmanship on the sink cabinet was so horrible a two-year-old could have done better. Not to mention it has about 5 different colors And has been damaged in shipping. 2 of the drawers are so bad they're not even usable, Now we're being told because we chose Hickory as the wood that it will not stain evenly. So my question to that is why were we not told that prior to ordering it ??? So now we are left with trying to send it back and order it a 3rd time or drop the whole thing and go to somebody new and start all over again for another 6 weeks to 2 months that our bathroom will be out of commission.
Well we got the 3rd set I've cabinets today, And I have to say They mostly look very nice, Although I do not quite understand why the medicine cabinet has 2 separate colors, Maybe they were 2 different kinds of wood ? My biggest worry and concern at this point is that we have pieces of them missing !!!! I really, completely, am at a total loss and do not understand why this has been so hard.
