Top Tier did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation. From the planning stages to the actual remodel, I could not have asked for a better team. They were reliable, clean, and I am beyond happy with the work they all did. I can’t wait to work with them again and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

What a great company to work with! There are several things that set Top Tier apart from other contractors we’ve had experiences with over the last few years. Number one was that they had the courtesy to return our call! From that day forward we always felt like we were their top priority! I’ll never forget the excitement we felt on the day construction was to begin. Promptly at 7 AM, as promised, not one but four Top Tier trucks with trailers and equipment in tow pulled into our yard ready to start our project. Dave came in with his entire crew and introduced each one.We were confident we had chosen the right contractor. The second thing we were impressed with was the respect they showed for us and our home. Joe was always on hand taking care of details and answering questions along the way. He always had a smile on his face, was respectful and always responded to our texts or emails promptly. The other thing we noticed was that even though we weren’t living in our house during construction, when they left at the end of the day there was never a mess left behind. Everything was swept up and all garbage and debris taken away. Each day the crew worked on our home we could get online and see photos of the work that was done. We could refer to these photos if we had questions and follow the progress through the entire process. Adylee was always available to provide valuable assistance when making difficult decisions whether it was the best choice for plumbing fixtures, tile choices or hardware for kitchen cupboards. She kept the communication lines flowing between the us and the crew. We feel fortunate to have found such an outstanding company. We look forward to working with them on our next project.

This was our first experience remodeling a bathroom that we didn't do ourselves. Everyone that worked on the project was very professional. Love my bathroom!

Top Tier is the very best at what they do, and there is NOTHING they can't or won't do! I would give them 10 stars if possible. I had most all of the main level gutted and re-done in order to get a larger and more functional kitchen. It was a very pleasant and outstanding experience. They are SO GREAT to work with, always professional, organized, on time, their attention to detail goes above and beyond, and the crew is so friendly, I love them all! It was amazing how quickly and smoothly things came together. All the subs were amazing as well, and said how they love working with Top Tier, having respect for the professionalism and organization Dave provides, and knowing they can set their schedules with confidence. I recommend Top Tier to everyone contemplating any kind of remodel. They also do exterior work - siding, decks, etc., of which I am having them do for me in April, because of the great work they did on the interior remodel, (can't wait to see the finished result of that)! They go above and beyond what is expected, use top of the line products, and their work is unmatched by any other. I cannot say enough good things about them.

We're pretty satisfied with the job these guys did. We started out with a quote for just the kitchen, but when they were about ready to start, we added two bathroom floors and toilets to the job. They took that in stride and finished the job with only an extra day added on. As with every job, there were bumps and changes along the way. Everything was handled to our satisfaction. They brought things to our attention that we needed to know about or asked if we wanted them to fix certain things as they went along. I appreciated that and was pleased with the outcome. Our kids were surprised at the remodel when they came home for Christmas, saying the kitchen was now the best room in the house. The Top Tier guys were good workers, easy to work with, conscientious of cleanliness of the rest of the house, and trustworthy. I would have them do work for us again.

I highly recommend Top Tier if you need home renovations done. I found them via google, sent a message with the work I needed. The owner Dave called me within 2 days and scheduled a estimate. They scheduled when work would start on my full kitchen remodel. They started 3 weeks earlier than expected and had my kitchen fully and beautifully remodeled within 3 weeks. My kitchen was gutted, a wall was removed and new flooring, countertops, cabinets and all new appliances were installed. All within 3 weeks. Dave and the guys were quick but efficient, clean and super professional. They communicated well the entire process and were very responsive when I reached out at any time. I will absolutely be using them for my next home renovation project!

We had Top Tier Renovations replace the siding and fascia on our house. Dave, his crew, and all subcontractors were absolutely amazing to work with! Everyone was very friendly, professional, punctual, and they cleaned up each day. Dave went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was understanding and patient with us as we requested a couple quotes from them, had many questions, and struggled to select a color. He kept us informed and up to date of everything going on the whole time. We really appreciate that he even got new touch up paint for us & had spots re touched up. We love the way our house looks now! We recommend them to anyone, and would love to work with them again in the future!

Top Tier Renovations replaced our siding following a hail storm. They worked with our insurance to ensure all the damaged siding was replaced. They coordinated with other contractors to do the gutter work. The crew was professional, courteous, on time and kept us informed. They did an outstanding job!

My husband and I had Top Tier renovate our bathroom and we love the finished product! Dave and his crew were exceptionally professional and friendly. They kept a very clean work space and were so accommodating. With only having the one bathroom, Dave made sure we were never without a toilet throughout the entire job. Top Tier re-sided our house. The crew clearly has a strong work ethic. They were professional and friendly. They worked in cold/snowy conditions without pause. At the end of the day they made sure to clean where they were working.

Top tier replaced my windows. Dave offered reasonable advice when I was making my selections. The installation was done with clear communication, respect for my residence, and timely completion both inside and outside my home. The workmen were pleasant and left my home clean at the end of each workday. I will use them again and refer them to my friends and other residents in my condo complex.

These guys are amazing! We absolutely love our remodel. We had ideas of what we wanted but Dave and his crew brought it all together. They worked 10-12 hours a day and cleaned up every day. Dave, Joe, and Dave were EXTREMELY professional! Every day before they left, they cleaned up their work area. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are artists. We HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again!!!!

We would highly recommend Top Tier Renovations. Old siding was removed from our house and new siding, fascia and sofits were installed. The crew was polite, professional, worked efficiently with their time and totally cleaned up the work site at the end of each day.. We are so pleased and satisfied with the new look of our house. These guys are the best! They work quickly and did such an amazing job installing new flooring, bathroom countertops vanities & many other odds & ends! They are awesome at giving ideas when ur not sure what the right thing to do is & just all around very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Dave and Joe and their crew were absolutely awesome! They were here early, stayed late, and did exceptional work. They were extremely conscientious about making sure the property was tidy so my dogs didn't escape the fence or get a nail or other construction debris in their feet (and anyone that knows me knows that my dogs mean the world to me!) So I really appreciated that! They communicated with me throughout the project so I knew exactly what to expect. My house looks beautiful! They are some of the nicest and hard-working people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

We saw the work Top Tier did on a house we drove by and decided that was who we wanted to do some masonry/stone work on the outside/inside (installed gas fireplace) of our home. Excellent craftsmanship, great communication, and the guys are friendly and professional. From the masonry work, plumber etc. it went great. My husband says Dave and the Top Tier team are awesome!!!!!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Dave, Top Tier Renovations and his team. We just had our kitchen remodeled. We had a very old kitchen that was built in 1950. We got in contact with Dave and I am so grateful to have found his business. Dave made the process very easy for us and he greatly helped us with the design process as well as we were not sure how to make the small kitchen space work for us. Dave was very punctual with the commitments that he made.

We had Top-Tier install a Faux rock wall on the front of our house. Their craftsmanship was excellent as there were some tricky angles to navigate. We would highly recommend Top-Tier for any of your remodel or renovation projects.

Dave and Joe with Top Tier were so wonderful to work with. We had a really small, old kitchen with plaster and all. We had our project bid by multiple contractors and Dave’s team with Top Tier was the only one willing to even look at putting in a new support beam in our attic so we could have an open concept. Dave listened to me and what I wanted done and he was always so patient and kind. I appreciated his timeliness in getting our project done and making it a priority. He did quality work and even matched our existing trim from 1927 which I love dearly! He also made my day when he successfully exposed my chimney. It’s the star feature of our kitchen now. We’ve had so many people ask about our kitchen and come over for dinners now. Thank you Dave! Highly recommend!

I began with hail damage to my home last year . My insurance adjuster listed the roof for replacement and tried to get me to settle for a paint job. Dave suggested I ask for another adjuster , as he was seeing much more damage. Long story short , Dave worked with the insurance company ,and I now have new triple pane windows and new siding and A.C. His roofer got me a better type of roofing for my windy location , all work was done in a timely manner with virtually no mess in my yard . I paid for the upgrade in materials which was quite reasonable , and had Dave back to do some tile work later in the year. The house has never looked better , thank you Top Tier and Quality Construction!

Top Tier Renovations were one of those rare contractors who show up early, stay late, clean up after the work, communicate and do a great job on top of it! They re sided our hiuse outside plus did interior remodeling and we couldn’t be happier!
