Build Pros has been great to work with. They are staffed by consummate professionals. Butch, Jay, and Joel have done a fantastic job of installing new windows in my home as well as replacing old and damaged trim. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Warning! The Regional Manager Anika Avery and her colleague visited my home for an estimate regarding potential work I needed done. I informed Ms. Avery that I was at the infantile stage and just wanted an estimate so that I could compare and do further research. After her unexpected 4-hour presentation I declined signing any contract and informed her that that I wanted to obtain additional estimates and so forth. After many attempts, on her part, to convince me that I needed to act now to receive this great offer I stood firm and reiterated that I just wanted an estimate. She then offered me a discount and shaved $11,000 off the estimate. I declined the offer. Ms. Avery became visibly agitated, tense, and brash. I felt very uncomfortable in my own home at this point. There was so much tension in the air you could cut it with a butter knife. Well, they finally left. Approximately 3 to 4 weeks later I received a letter from my Homeowners Insurance company terminating my insurance due to the same conditions I was seeking estimates from Ms. Avery for. I'm not assuming Ms. Avery had anything to do with it. I'm merely telling a story, and the reader should make that judgement on their own. This is merely a diary log of my events during and after subsequent meeting with Ms. Avery and her colleague. Furthermore, I receive at least 3 calls a day from contractor's soliciting their services for the same type of work I discussed with Ms. Avery. Again, make your own judgement if this is just coincidental or par for the course. I believe that because she didn't get a sale she attempted to dem my light; however, my light shines too bright for her to dem. I've subsequently sold the home and moved on to greener pastures. I'm in the process of starting an investigation as to the above and will weigh my options. Thank you for reading my diary of occurrences...

I’ve been in the construction industry myself for 47 years did not feel like doing the facia on my house hired Bill pros to do so was extremely satisfied. Everything was done. Professionally thoroughly would definitely hire them again.

Build Pros Construction painted our home with a life coating system and installed new windows. The workers were all very friendly and great. They were very quick and answered any questions we had. Thank you Dwayne and Ken for all the help in getting these projects done.

I had to replace my roof before on a previous home I owned. It needed to be done quickly because of an insurance barrier. The work was done by a different roofing service expert, which took many weeks.

Decades later, dealing with a leaky patio roof at a different home was already a major headache. Still, I was incredibly relieved to find Build Pros Construction. Here's my personal review:

As I showed them the challenge of a leaky patio, I interfaced with different project managers as they worked to evaluate the cause, and approaches to fix the roof evolved into a bigger project than expected. Due to personal circumstances at my home, this work was done in two main phases, first to address the leaky patio and then the rest of the main roof as an overlay. The work incorporated additional scope such as wood replacement, painting, moving existing solar panels, adding ventilation in the attic space, and wrapping the entire house with seamless gutters.

Throughout, I was in good hands. Chase was the lead manager on these projects, and it was an absolute pleasure to have him coordinate the different teams and assure me of the progress. You can tell how enthused he was about roofing, and he guided me through different options I faced with the challenges of owning a home. While hearing me out, Chase understood my pain points, made a few calls to his resources, and consulted his management team to obtain an excellent price for what I needed.

Upon coming to an agreement, things happened in a flash. I was amazed and even baffled by how quickly and efficiently the crew worked. Each phase was completed in a matter of days, and they must have had some internal competition to complete their projects in record time. However, the quality of their work is outstanding. Build Pros Construction is clearly an expert in its field. Chase and the rest of the team took great care with the project.

I couldn't be happier with the extended life of my home, which I've gained with all the roofing work and improvements they did.
Chase was always available to answer my questions and helped me through the entire process with great patience. He truly made a potentially stressful situation feel seamless and manageable. He's a genuine hero of this project and a true professional.

I recommend Build Pros Construction because it provides outstanding service at a fair price, and I have a home where I can feel safe again.

1. Ken Ryu and Sean Hall have given me the solutions I needed to upgrade my house, and have given me the trust I needed in terms of quality materials and workmanship.

2. If you have work done by Home Depot before, I would say Build Pros are like Home Depot at a lower price.

3. Build Pros helped me redo the exterior and interior of my house. There is a lot of work still in progress, and I will post pictures later.

They are super great to sale you the product but when they are done they didn’t even gives a proper walk through they messed up my flowers when they did the pavers they said they would reimburse my flower but they never did. The employees were wrestling in front of my neighbors house. My neighbors were upset

Build Pros did a great job of replacing the eaves on my home. They gave me daily updates of what exactly they were doing and were able to get it done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the work they did!

A field rep visited my neighborhood and I was willing to schedule a consultation for some paving. Next thing I know, I am on the phone with a management type of person who tells me my wife has to be present for the meeting because they are a Better Business Bureau company with an A+ rating. I ask what that has to do with my wife having to be in the meeting because it has nothing to do with it. He didn't like me asking questions and hung up on me. If that's how this company treats prospective customers, I wonder how they treat customers once they are under contract. So what's the real reason for needing all record owners present? Take it or leave it, one time offers they want to pressure all parties into signing on the spot? Contractor's lien on the work and need both owners signatures? I've had other work done and haven't needed both parties present or even to sign the contract. Beware.

Job: Texture Coat of home.

Pros: Sales people provide clear explanation of work to be done. Work was done promptly. Job managers checked on work throughout. Job lead on site was professional and clearly took pride in his work. All workers were professional. Sales team was friendly.

Cons: They are a business, meaning the sales team can be persistent. It is a bit pricey, but once the work was done we were not complaining!

Super awesome company. Exceptional job from the whole team. Got the exterior coating re done and added in gutters! Can't wait to start the interior next year ! Thank you guys for the job well done.

Tried to pressure me into signing the same day despite the fact that they couldn’t give me a price for a portion of the project. Then tried to talk me out of doing that part because of the cost…which they were higher than everyone else. On top of that, they wouldn’t provide me a detailed estimate…hand written on a piece of paper. STAY AWAY! Wasted 4+ hours of my time!

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!*** They are awful. They started by trying to price gouge. Quoted a job for new roof (with hilarious “sign today” deals) for nearly 65k. After getting other quotes they came down and took the job at under 40k. So they are inflating the price of service by over 25k!! They did a nice job on the roof. Just like every other roofing company in this town. As part of our price we had them open a wall in my son’s bedroom to check for mold. The roof was leaking water into his wall. They took wood samples. Said they sent it to a lab. They lied and never did it. And of course they came looking for the balance. I refused because they hadn’t done anything about the multiple holes in the wall. They said they would send again. Without getting a new sample after months of waiting. We contacted them many times to fix this problem. They never did. They got the bulk of their money from us and didn’t care. My son had huge holes in his room for nearly four months. Something that should have taken two weeks max. I called multiple times to talk to someone in charge at the company. There is no one. I just got passed around to moron after moron, lying to my face about what they would do. After months of chasing them they finally did the lab work and then patched up the holes. Then told me I owed the balance except I had a agreed originally that this balance was an estimate based on the amount of work. $2500 for putting two huge holes in my wall, testing a mold sample, then patching up the holes? Ridiculous. Find someone who will tell you the truth, not gouge you, and will actually do the work in a reliable manner. It’s not these guys!

Don’t fall for this company, they are scamming. I had bought solar panels in 2022 and had them installed. The solar panels are still not working even though Edison said they just need to be turned on. There is no one available to help with the experience either as they always find a way to give me the run around. On top of all of that they gave me a loan where I pay 110 in interest and 38 dollars goes to the principal even though we ran the numbers they said would charge 12%. I’m surprised that this is even legal smh. They even put a new roof and for the first time in 10 years my roof started leaking. I would give the company 0 stars if I could. If you are getting solar panels, whatever you do, DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.

Rouben and his team were amazing. My sister is in Rhode Island and has been going through a tough time with some serious health issues. Her kitchen was in kind of state of disaster because of some terrible contractors who had done a shoddy job and abandoned it partway. I live across the country and wanted to try and do something to help her by at least trying to get the kitchen back in decent shape. I found Rouben, read some of the stellar reviews, and got in touch, and they renovated and updated the kitchen. Over the past few months, he and his team have done such a lovely job with both the actual workmanship as well as the care, communication, and consideration for my sister and her situation. In short, I would absolutely recommend them. You couldn't be in better hands.

Had my siding and exterior paint done. The work force were very professional and the work was completed quickly. Very happy with the finished product.

I am very pleased with my new paver driveway, front walkway and planter. The work was thoroughly explained beforehand and all aspects were completed as described. I was impressed at the hard working crew who took pride in their work. They removed a lot of big tree roots during demolition and removed all debris. Lastly, they did everything I requested during the process without question. The finished project was beyond my expectations. I am very happy with Build Pros and recommend them for your project!

My window installation took about a day. So happy with how fast, neat, and professional it all was. The crew completed our plumbing work in our home fast and professionally, didnt have a problem at all, they cleaned up their mess at the end and were very nice, loved the reasonable price as well. Having them come and complete work outside as well

Loved how Build Pros did on expanding my driveway, we removed some of the front yard grass so we can have more room for a walk way. I wasn’t sure with what paver design to choose but they helped which i appreciated.

The solicitor came to the house to ask if we had any projects I explained we had some electrical work I was getting quotes for. He set up an appointment the next day for a sales guy. The sales guy shows up, doesn't know what my project is. He is not able to give me an estimate because he has to call his boss. He doesn't actually know anything and can't quote any numbers on his own. Wasted my time trying to show me his "reviews" on his phone. Saying "We have no complaints" now I'm here on Google seeing 3.7. He sat and tried to talk to me about how they are the best but I wasn't listening and he was listening to me when I told him I do my own research. I told him I was only wanting a quote, and he continued to ask if I only what I needed to make a decision, I repeated several times I only needed a quote. Then he wanted my wife's information, and explained it's his companies policy to get all parties involved to sign off on the project. She doesn't want to talk to anyone, he's dealing with me. He started saying how most of the projects they do are between $30,000 and $40,000 but said "sometimes they do smaller projects." I was already getting a feeling that this was going to be a hard sales process so, I went ahead and asked him to leave as I didn't want to waste anyone's time with my small project. He didn't leave right away, I had to threaten to call the cops since now he was trespassing.

I have 3 other quotes and the process with other companies was easy. A knowledgeable technician came out, knew what they were talking about, and gave me a quote the next day. Didn't need to call a boss, knew how to do the work and could easily answer my questions. Build Pros Construction is not a company I would trust to work on my home.

Stay away from these guys. I can imagine them being pushy and having lots of excuses for work if they got hired.

Love the Excellent Service Build Pros provided me, needed new windows for years but was stalling on looking and searching but Build pros came to my door and provided a free inspection! We got to talking about a pretty good price! Super affordable for me and all the workers were incredibly nice and respectful. As someone who is busy i didnt have to worry about much, i fully trusted them and they got the work done in such a short amount of time. Nice and spotless!

Build Pros provided very Detailed and excellent work, they took care of my roof and added insulation which was much needed! I needed my roof done especially as we enter into this upcoming rainy season.
The Project manager made sure to answer all of our questions and he walked us through every step from beginning to end.

Construction staff are all very polite and very knowledgeable of their trade. The project managers are very professional but very approachable and was checking the work everyday. Really one of a kind.

Similar experience as others. Sales pitch with pressure to sign the same day. We declined several times and were told they would not give us an official proposal, after asking again we were left with a notebook sheet of paper with a handwritten price and no other information.

Typically we don't fall for the door to door give you a quote sales, but my husband made it very clear to them BEFORE they came over that we would not purchase anything same day, they can give us a quote, and that we would be getting other quotes from other roofers. They agreed, so we gave it a chance. Despite my husband telling this to several people several different times, at the end of the sales pitch it of course turned into a you must sign today with a lot of back and forth on why we would not sign, digging into what we could and could not afford, why won't we sign, more pressure, over and over again.

I felt the sales rep primarily looked and talked to my husband and not me. I expressed that this style of sale pitch pushing us to sign the same day or we won't get the sales price doesn't feel great and that we just want a proposal to be able to compare and get other quotes. Their presentation of information was good, but didn't leave us with any information on what the price included. The sales rep said that I was supposed to remember it all on my own. Very unprofessional.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. We have received other quotes before and typically the contractor or any working professional will do a walk through on your house and provide a physical quote on paper what the quote includes and excludes.

I would pass on this company just based on sales experience.

Terrible business practices. Show up soliciting and do not give up, set you for appointments that you did not acce5. When finally passed that, 2 young men showed up to measure and provide a quote. They don't respect your time and recite the script. We thought it was an ok deal so we accepted the proposal. Then another person came to measure again and there is a little difference of 1000 sqf that was $10k more in price. DIRTY LIARS!!!

I interviewed several companies before deciding to go with BuildPros Construction and I have no regrets in my decision. They have been extremely professional from the moment
I first made contact with them. They have always been in contact with me and always kept me updated on the progress of the project. They far exceeded my expectations on their quality work and professionalism. The project manager was always made available to me and always answered any and all questions with patience. I could not have asked for better results on the transformation that BuildPros Construction delivered. My property is now the pride of the neighborhood.

I'm embarrassed to say that I had to ask the nice sales folks to leave my home after a long and unproductive sales pitch. After an initial (not brief) discussion with my husband, we set a second appointment to talk numbers. I expected to discuss a formal pricing quote.

After sitting through a long sales pitch (again) I asked kindly for numbers. More talk. Then I asked firmly for numbers, but got more talk. When I asked again directly for a quote and still got the run around- I lost my patience and asked them to leave. Most frustrating interaction I've ever had. I was willing to listen, I was patient with their process, but ultimately it was a tremendous waste of time.

Their service and quality might be great - I have no idea - couldn't get through their horrible sales process. Please learn from this.

Build Pros did a great job with expanding the concrete in our driveway. We had a bunch of big tree roots in the way and they cut them out and cleared away all the debris and wood. They were very receptive to my requests to put some dirt in the backyard and they even helped me level out the extra dirt.
The crew was polite, helpful and efficient- the project manager was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions and concerns I had.

This review is a result of a direct unsolicited interaction with a Build Pros Construction door-to-door salesman, Nick. We received a knock, ring of the doorbell, and a shout of 'hello' from outside from Nick looking to speak with us, which we did not answer. A flyer was left on our door which was disposed of after Nick left the property. A few hours later, Nick returned, ringing the doorbell again, and standing at the door for an uncomfortably long amount of time. We answered the door to ask him to leave, and he proceeded to hard attempt to sell us solar panels, and tried to pry information out of us on potential home improvement projects. We stated no interested and he proceeded to try to pry our names for future follow up. We do not appreciate these aggressive tactics and suggest you do not continue this practice.

I have had an electrical panel replaced and interior painting done. In every instance worker was on time and did a clean, professional job. Excellent company to work with.

Build Pros did an excellent job with my parent’s plumbing for their bathroom remodel. It was a complicated project but the crew completed the job efficiently and quickly. The crew was on time, professional, and the project manager was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions and concerns my parent’s had. My parent’s were very pleased and impressed with the finished product.

I hired Build Pros to do my roof and windows. Their rep contacted me with a price quote which was reasonable. The Project manager kept us well informed with updates. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the roofing and windows installation, I would def recommend them for any home projects anyone would need! No hidden fees, no scams, they stuck to their word and finished ahead of schedule!

I needed new Windows and a Sliding door for 1 room in my house. I already had a quote with another company but after someone from Build Pros knocked on my door and practically pleaded I give them a chance to quote me before proceeding so I did. They sent a 2nd person who quoted me a very good price on the work I needed and then sent a 3rd person to put it all on paper and sign the contracts.

After 1 month of not hearing from them I called to ask if my windows had been manufactured yet and they told me they woukd call me back. After the call back they notified me that the windows were never ordered because "We will lose money if we give you the deal we quoted. We need another $1000."

I understand a business needs to make money but WHY beg for my business, send 2 people out to quote me the same thing (and they spoke with their manager over the phone before giving me the quote) only to waste my time for a month and then ask for more money? At the very least they couldve told me right away and I might've been fine with negotiating another price but they came off very unprofessional once all the documents were signed. Ive asked for multiple call backs from management and haven't heard from them once.

Not professional. Waste of time.
