I decided to move forward with their recommendation, that was almost six months ago, we’ve made it through an entire rainy season since then and not a single leak or issue. Everything held up perfectly and just as promised, they followed up after the job to make sure everything was still in great shape. NL Remodeling- Mike and his team did a solid job on our roof. Communication was consistent throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The project did take longer than expected due to rain delays, but in the end, they got everything done. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure all details are clearly written in the contract to avoid any hiccups along the way. Overall, grateful for their work!

NL remodeling did an excellent job remodeling our entire home, including the kitchen and the bathrooms. They are honest people who do high quality work. We interviewed 3 contractors before we decided to go with NL. Osher and Ben are always available via text and phone to answer any questions. The sub contractors are kind and respectful. From my experience, Mike is a man of integrity. My impression is that he only takes on a job if he knows he can do it properly and provide a warranty. Within two days, his team was able to quickly repair a metal roof which was deemed too small of a job for other roofing teams. He stands by the quality of his work and provided a 10-year warranty.

Honestly, I’m not high-maintenance, but I do my homework and believe in paying well for quality work. I expect the job to be done with the same precision as advertised, and N&L Home Improvements did not disappoint. Their work was not only professional and thorough, but it was also completed within the agreed timeframe. Highly recommend!
