Phil and John were very helpful and accommodating. Back in May I ordered a 2024 bronco through them. It arrived in August while I was away working and they held it at the dealership for me for 2 weeks. Phil even contacted me and told me about several rebates that I was eligible for to apply to and helped me set up financing over the phone. The process was smooth and seamless and when I finally came in to fill out paper work and pick up the vehicle I was out the door in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone considering a ford vehicle to purchase from Budshell.

I had a horrible experience with another Ford dealership. I had been trying since June to get my airbags replaced the one dealership that I had gone to set me up with an appointment for August and here it is September and they still don’t have the parts to replace my airbags. I called Bud shell they had me in within five days and had the airbags replaced within two hours. This place is the absolute bomb, The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Bud shell Ford in Dexter, Missouri.

Everyone is always very pleasant to talk with ...from the receptionist to the ones working in the svc dept. Prices are fair on maintenance work....they have always worked me in whenever I've needed maintenance done.

I’ve bought many vehicles over the years but this purchase was the least stressful and most pleasant of any. There was no high pressure or up selling and no guilt to purchase an extended warranty.
