They deserve 10+ stars. This dealership knows how to take care of a customer. I purchased a used vehicle in 2022, Great service from the start. Fast forward to Oct-November 2023, they continued with excellent customer service. My vehicle had to go to BUD Shell for a water pump leak, which turned into a blown motor. GMC, who had no obligation to help, without hesitation, generously provided me with a loaner vehicle for the 27 days it was in Ford's shop! I had a family emergency and was supposed to go out of town at the time of this situation, Gmc threw me the keys and said, "Go take care of your family and business"!! Honestly, with no zero questions asked!! If it wasn't for them, my family and I would have missed Numerous doctors appointments and the business out of town!! I can't thank them enough. When the time comes, I will be a repeat customer. Thank you again! GOD BLESS YOU!

Locally owned. Buy all of my vehicles from them. And have any problems with the vehicles they are trusted worthy don’t try to rip you off have good technicians . Will not buy from any other dealer but them !!!

We got a Yukon the process with them was easy. They realized a part for my door had come in after we bought it. They called me to set up an appt. While I was there one of their technicians noticed an issue with a tire. They got a new tire on it at no charge. I think I had the yukon less than a week. Very nice people. I would recommend them.

From the moment we started looking at the Buick Envision, everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in selling us a car. There were no high pressure sales pitches. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases that I have made.

I've been doing business with Allen Christian since 2006. That should be a testament of just how satisfied I have been with sales and service.

stoped today (7/9/22) at 2pm to look at used trucks. we pulled up to a man that i was not sure if was salesman and i asked if he worked there, (there were only few people i could see around there) and in a smart aleck manner he said i am supposed to work here. i then told him we were looking for used trucks and he said again in a smart manner "you just got thru looking at them on the front row". really rude talking and behavior. i had my wife and son in the van with me. he told me that trucks they had were in the upper 30,000 dollar range and i told him that was out of our price range. we then left. i don't like to be talked down to. from this experience i will try to encourage anyone i know to not deal with this car dealer.

Second time I’ve scheduled an apt for an oil change online and it wasn’t actually available. If you can’t keep up with the online schedule don’t make it an option. Also fixed something without our permission. We asked them to take a look at it but never received a call explaining the issue and how much the cost would be. I asked the guys to pick it up at my office and they acted like it was such a headache to do, even though my office is less than half a mile away. I had a great experience buying a car but the servicing department needs to pick up some slack. Probably won’t be back for an oil change.

The folks at Allen Christian are always very helpful. Does everything when they say they will and are very polite.

Courtesy drop off was helpful for getting back to work. Will be glad when you start detailing/washing vehicles again though.

It saddens me to have to rate this company with only 2 stars because I had a really nice experience purchasing my car. My sales rep, the finance manager, and the dealer himself were all very friendly and easy to work with. We were driving into Dexter from 4 hours away and with 3 kids and jobs, this was quite a production for us. They accepted our trade-in and it all went very smoothly. I
forgot to include one of the removable seats from my trade-in and I arranged to have it shipped to them (which legally I did not have to do as they accepted my car "as is"). I tried everything in my power to be a do-the-right-thing responsible customer. However, only 6 weeks after purchasing my car the AC went out. This is a 2 year old GMC Yukon XL Denali packaged vehicle. It's a very nice luxury car AND it's only 2 years old. Now I completely understand the concept of "as-is", but when you buy a vehicle of this caliber there are a different set of expectations and having to put more money into the car within the first 6 weeks is NOT one of them. I did contact my sales rep and he was not helpful at all ("That's too bad. Sometimes those things happen"). So, with all this being said, I wouldn't say NEVER do business with this company, but I would say BE VERY AWARE. And I highly recommend that you do your due diligence and take the vehicle to your own trustworthy mechanic BEFORE signing on the dotted line.

They were good to repair recalls on my vehicle but they want to charge me over $2,000 to replace a head gasket on my Grand Am
