I bought my house with a new roof. One piece the off in a storm and they came right out and oppologised!!

We didn’t end up having the actual work done by Brown Roofing - couldn’t make the schedule work out on our end - but Travis was incredibly helpful over the phone and by e-mail in helping us get a solution. We had a unique need, and even though we didn’t actually even pay them anything, we were able to get the work done on our own thanks to the advice and guidance from Travis. He seemed willing to go to great lengths to make the scheduling work out, and was helpful and communicative throughout. While we didn’t use them for an actual job this time, we will certainly be doing so next time.

Had a bad experience with a hit and run roofing company so did not make the same mistake the second time. Brown is the best in the Gorge and specializes in installs in high wind locations. They were in and out with a huge crew in one day with fantastic clean up of job site. Thanks guys--

Brown replaced a hip roof on our house on
E 10 th. It had 2 layers on top of shingles. They picked up everyday, no tear off in the bushes or on the sidewalk. The guys were friendly, showed up every day on time. Would definitely use them again!!

Travis and his entire staff took great care of us when they roofed our condos. If you need someone to roof your building or home. I highly recommend Brown Roofing for all your needs.

Horrible service., first, I called him on 10/24/2019 to ask for a bid for all 3 of our buildings in the area, never got a response., called him back today, 1/24/2020 to get an update and he was extremely rude, treated me like if he was doing me a favor. I guess they do not need the business.
