OT and Dean worked with us to replace our roof which had started to deteriorate pretty rapidly. The previous owner installed some odd-ball shingle that had not yet reached the end of its life but our insurance was reluctant to cover a replacement and it was out of warranty per the manufacturer. OT met with our insurance at our house a couple times to discuss the condition of the roof and what is covered. Several discussions later, our insurance covered nearly half of the replacement cost. So grateful for OT’s resilience in working with our insurance!
Dean was great to work with as well. He went over the details of what to expect during installation which took one day. The crew was highly efficient and accommodated the kids having to walk through their work site multiple times during the day. Dean came the next day to inspect the work and ensure that all the nails and scraps had been cleaned up.

Several sections of siding blew off my home during hurricane Helene towards the end of last year. I called and spoke to three or four companies to see if I could pay out of pocket to have the siding fixed because not all of it needed to be replaced. The problem I was running into is that my siding is aluminum and it had been discontinued. None of the companies I spoke to were able to find a close enough match to the rest of the house. A neighbor referred me to Dean with Broadview Exteriors who stopped by to assess the situation within a day or two. In addition to the siding being damaged, he also noticed damage to the shingles on the roof which I was unaware of. Long story short, he would end up making 4-5 visits in total over a period of 3-4 months including while my insurance adjuster was there to ensure the roof and siding would get covered under my homeowners policy which it was. The roof and siding installation was completed in a day. Based on my experience with Broadview Exteriors, I highly recommend working with Dean and his team if you're ever in a similar situation.

After being ghosted by another company last year for some roof repairs I was very weary of tackling the issue all over again. Dean and OT stopped by my house one day after seeing the missing shingles. I’m always hesitant to work with people that stop by and offer their services. I was put at ease almost immediately with their obvious genuine wish to help me replace my roof.

Dean did nearly all the back and forth with the insurance company, while keeping me updated accordingly. It took a pretty long time with my insurance company being pretty resistant to a full roof replacement vs repair but Dean worked his magic and got it done.

Installation went perfect and was done start to finish in one morning. The workmanship is great and Dean has continued to be of great service with contacting insurance to get the best coverage possible.

We get a lot of roofers coming to our door and I don't normally entertain them, but OT seemed like a genuine dude and I gave him permission to check out my roof. Sure enough, he found hail damage and a few other things that needed repair. I gave him the go ahead to contact my insurance company and Broadview took it from there. It was a painless process and the company was transparent throughout. I now have a nice new roof. I recommend this company for honesty and quality workmanship.

Dean, the co-owner, came out to do a storm damage inspection and guided us through the process of using home insurance to get our roof fully covered. Dean even came out again the day the insurance adjuster did to mark the damaged areas. It was such an incredibly smooth, streamlined process.

I was concerned about our roof ventilation, so I discussed with Dean about having our gable vents covered up and adding a ridge vent. Dean came out personally the day before our roof replacement to get the vents covered with some plywood he measured and cut, which looks better than I had anticipated.

I’m a home inspector so of course I was anxious to see what the workmanship was like of the roof replacement. Dean’s crew did a fantastic job though. There was some miscommunication on my part at one point regarding an exhaust vent but it was corrected immediately once I pointed it out. The crew didn’t cut any corners when it came to the roof replacement, yet they got it done in such a short amount of time. They had some crew members cleaning up the yard as they worked and left no trace they had even been at our house. I’m extremely satisfied with this company.
