Gus was fantastic to work with. He provided frequent updates and was a great communicator. David was very knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job on my floors.

I will first say that I came into this project with a bit of fear due to the multiple horror stories heard from friends or read on social media about contractor scams or faulty work. I could not be more happy with the start to end experience I had with Bright Finish LLC. I had an overall idea I blueprinted in my head of how I wanted my finished basement to look like and although all my expectations (Which were high and some unrealistic) could not be met Bright always offered budget friendly alternatives that worked equally or better than my original request. Look, I know I am paying for quality and service but Gus and team over delivered by providing me full access meaning whenever I needed something or had questions I could call and call/text I did lol. We did have our fair share of ups and downs with shipping and permit delays but I credit that to our new COVID economy and even with these delays I always got updates on the progress. I could go on and on but one last thing that stood out was Gus’s/Bright Finishes’ transparency and honesty i.e. the original vinyl I ordered sucked and chipped every 15/20 planks. The work could have continued and gone unnoticed but I was contacted and received his professional opinion that he does not feel comfortable installing and that I should go with another vinyl. He provided me quick new vinyl options that were in stock and low and behold after the installation it looked 50 times better than my original pick lol smh. At the end of the day Bright Finish provided the best service and work I could have dreamed of and I have them already lined up for more jobs as I can’t see myself going with any other company. Bright Finish cleaned the exterior of our home yesterday and I can say the results were unbelievable. Our house looks like a brand new house. They arrived on time, completed the job in just a couple of hours. They went above and beyond by moving some furniture and flower pots on the front porch and putting back when done. If you are looking for a company to clean your home then Gus and Bright Finish Team will be the only ones you will need. I will certainly have them back out to clean our home again. As stated on the web, he is higher than others. Your deck is not considered part of the house, nor is the foundation. The work was good. Keep in mind, that if you have Dover utilities your water and sewer bill should be considered in how much you are paying.

I would highly recommend Bright Finish! They were professional and responsive from start to finish. I requested the details of the expected work in writing and they far exceeded my expectations including a really professionally done proposal. When they came out I admit I was a little worried since they weren't using "power" to wash our siding but let me assure you their method really cleans well. I looked at the underside of our siding where I thought would be missed and it was sparkling clean! I can't say enough about this company and would definitely use them again!

Was not home when they cleaned my home, I expected to come home and find something they missed. Highly recommend. Always very responsive to my calls. The one thing I was hesitant about was that I never met with anyone face to face, but don’t let that stop you from using their services. You will NOT be disappointed.

Quick response. Reasonable price. I was flexible as to when the job should be done, but even so, Gus had the job scheduled within the week. Mike did a amazing job - place looks great. Apparently my two of neighbors thought so as well, since they hit him up brochures and contact info, so hoping that more business comes their way.
