We’ll never go back to Briggs Kia for another car. I am the owner‘s husband and I’m not even on the car and I would not even go there for my car. I went to Lawrence Kia up in Lawrence Kansas and they’ve been the bomb awesome service even installed my wife’s Front license plate bracket that came with the car did it for complementary and even told me to bring it back when we have a custom license plate and they would help us , Even after my wife got the car brought it home. I called him and asked when I saw the bracket and they wanted to charge me to put it on while the car came with it, That speaks money, hungry dealership if you won’t install the bracket that came with the car for the front license plate part I wanted to charge to put it on. I am highly disappointed, and if my wife’s grandmother helps her get into a different car I’m gonna tell her grandmother not Briggs Kia again. They wanted to charge for everything even though something came with the car and should’ve been installed for free instead of charging me to put it on. If it came with the car, never Installed, you should have some done for free They threw it in with the car in the glove box. The dealership should only get one star because they wanted to charge.

Service is incompetent. They apparently don't know anything about Kia's.
Had engine noise in my Kia so I go to the Kia dealer thinking they've heard every engine noise a Kia would make and would know how to fix it. They proceed to put in $350 worth of parts $350 worth of labor. I get the car back and it's still making the same noise. They refused to continue working on it, and refused to give me a full refund.
