One star is generous! First off we asked to have a large dumpster and they dropped off a small one. Second they NEVER come even remotely on the same day and NEVER told us what day they would be picking up. The woman is extremely rude and hard to speak with any time we asked for a larger dumpster or when our trash would be picked up. We have tried speaking with her, withholding payment and nothing seems to click with this lady . Third several months in we still do not have a larger dumpster so we ask to be picked up twice a month to compensate. Which never happened. Not to mention we have told them numerous times we will put our payment in our mailbox since they do not take cards (which she said was ok) and noone ever grabs it. Then after them not coming to get our trash for over a month (twice) they charge us $70.00 (twice) to grab the trash bags sitting in front of the dumpster! It is quite unfortunate as they are one of the only trash removal companies in my area that will do a residential dumpster but its probably more worth it to just take your trash to the dump
