I will never be using this company again. Hired Brendel Construction to replace my gutters in the summer of 2021. Gutters leaked from the start. They came back several times to ‘fix’ them and two years later, my gutters STILL LEAK. Incompetence and complete disregard for completing a job they were hired to do.
Brendel assisted us with a shingle manufacturer warranty claim. Good communication was maintained throughout the warranty process. When the claim was settled Brendel replaced the shingles and left my yard tidy and clean. I would recommend Brendel Construction.
I contacted Brendel Construction to get a new roof put on my home in the Spring of 2012. They were the cheapest around town, however they outsourced the job to migrant workers from the south (even though they promised this would not happen) and that is where the trouble began. Two years later, I am still picking up roofing nails and garbage left behind. Their truck used to dispose of the waste was heavy enough to crack the cement on my driveway and I asked them to repair the damage, they have not and refuse to pay for it. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
