Unfortunately this was the worst contractor experience we have ever had. Extreme lack of communication, very slow; terrible workmanship. I will have to hire someone to come in and fix everything that these guys did wrong.
The guys that work for him were terrible. Always taking smoke breaks and sitting around during clock hours because MBradley was never on site and rarely ever stopped to check on the job. His son must be a crew manager and the guys on his crew are a bunch of buddies so they move slow and break often knowing there is no one to hold them accountable.
I really hope that someone does not have the experience we have had in our home.
Find someone who is on site often and who communicates well with a hardworking crew.

This is the most professional and expert construction company we have ever dealt with. We just had an extensive remodel done by them and every aspect of their work was of the highest quality ! They are honest, of the highest integrity and superior workmanship ! We highly recommend Mr. Bradley and his crew !!!

Mike, his sons and employees are the, absolute, best in Delaware. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, top quality, and reasonable priced builder look no further. Mike Bradley and his team are dedicated and will get the job done. After interviewing several of builders in the Lewes area we decided on Bradly and Son. He build our custom beach house (our dream home) and remodeled our cottage. We are extremely happy with the quality of work/craftsmanship and the final product. This was our 4th build and by far the best experience we have had with a builder. My husband and I could not have made a better choice.
