Scope of Work: We contracted Brad to extend our existing 12' x 12' patio by an additional 12' x 12' and fully screen in the 12' x 24' patio. In addition, he added a new covered but not enclosed 12' x 12' area for our grill. He also assisted with scheduling Mr. Sparky for the electrical work in the new areas.
Results: We consider ourselves to be very fortunate that there was only one snafu throughout the construction and that was near the end of the project. The screens Brad ordered were slightly too large, but Brad and his team came up with a temporary fix to the problem so that we could begin to enjoy the new area. They then came back once the correct screens were in and installed them good as new.
That being said, we are extremely happy with the work of Brad and his team. The carpenters and the painter were some of the nicest guys I have ever met and paid close attention to every detail while they were working.
Brad Thomason: Brad himself was very patient and responsive to any questions we had throughout the process; especially since this was the first project of this magnitude that we had ever done to our home. I will definitely say that with Brad, "You get what you pay for". If you want quality work, Brad and his team are the best folks for the job.
