B&R Auto Wrecking - Chehalis, WA

Drove 5 hours for a bumper that website said was in stock and i called beforehand to make sure and the employee said “Yes, it’s still in stock”. came there to walk around for 30 minutes and find out that the bumper isn’t there and the employees couldn’t find it as well in the whole yard, would not recommend. If i could i would give 0 stars!

I am an avid user of B&R. they tend to have most their ducks in a line. but once I began dealing solely with April Miller my order experience my costs and my ability to locate the right parts has improved exponentially and I will because of April miller continue to use B&R auto wrecking as my first and main source for parts needed on my vehicles. thank you B&R and THANK YOU APRIL!!! sincerely Garrett C

April Miller is always a great person to work with. She is always pleasant and has a great sense of humor. I don't mind calling her at all.

Staff are all very helpful great folks help ya out load your parts help swap in the parking if absolutely necessary can't load up.

They had exactly what I needed and the place was organized so I could go right to it. In and out in 10 minutes and the service was great.

Great staff helped me thru everything with great attitude and went aboutve and beyond the call of customer service.. most definitely recommend this business for your automotive repair needs

Staff are not mean or rude and most of whom I've dealt with are friendly &/or agreeable. The company as whole is a different story! Can't really speak to attitude or culture, but from most of my experiences, I've been given the impression of inefficiency and cluelessness. For one thing, it's not easy to simply make a call to your local branch, (as the main number is a central 800 line in some other state). Also, they're now on a third attempt at procuring the correct part, (which in all 3 cases had to be shipped from out of state).

This place is awesome, solid deals, nice staff, Austin is pretty much a badass, so I highly recommend this place. 10/10

This is an awesome, fantabulous, and truthful business. There was an awesome guy named Austin who is a great worker and met our. every needs, I would recommend this place to any one of the sort. I have never had an easier time finding Dodge Ram 1500 parts!

I love a good day at the wrecking give only 4 stars due the bad mannered little boy driving the truck. I lost track of time and the yard closed, its just a thing that men do. Now i finished pulling my part mind you and i was trying to get back to the office there are several small Lakes in the yard that werent there dueing

Not gonna lie… it was my first time in a junkyard. And a few days later I went back for more (wearing much more appropriate clothing for getting DIRTY)! My husband and I were looking for some specific interior parts for our car and were stoked with how big the place was & how much selection was there. I was actually glad to be there when it was cold & rainy because I’m sure it’d smell like butt in the sun and I don’t think I would’ve had as much fun dealing with all that sensory overload. Speaking of… wear shoes that can handle water up to your ankles and can get muddy af. It’s imperative for a good time here.

Clearly I’m not sure how to write a review for a junkyard, so I’ll just say that Austin was especially friendly and helpful and the other guys that helped us out were great too.

I went in for a small part for my tailgate on my 97 Ford one ton found the part removed it and took it in. Thier parts are extremely reasonable and the desk help was helpful and courteous

Needed a part for a 2015 Ford F150. The vehicles were easy to locate and the staff was very friendly

I wouldn't give them any stars! I spent $150 on two seats for a Hyundai Accent. They were the wrong seats. I initially spoke to Stephen then Randy. I made several calls and trips out to their Graham location then they sent me to their Napavine location twice. I still never got the correct seats and am stuck with seats that don't fit my car. All they did was waste my time and gas on a wild goose chase. They probably thought it was a joke. They could have just been honest and told me they didn't have the seats. I got frustrated at being given the run around and finally stopped going out there and calling because it became obvious they weren't serious about me getting the seats I needed. The one guy there clearly hadn't seen a Muslim woman before and didn't know how to act. They are crooks and I hope they enjoyed their jokes!

They had the exact part I needed, the Staff was the extremely helpful and nice, price was the most reasonable available, thanks very much will do business with again!!! I’ve had to go back few times each time the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Price for parts is very reasonable will continue to go here for hard to find and miscellaneous parts always had positive experience at their facility. Thanks

Awesome service today. Had several trucks in my model and year range. Easy to locate what I needed with the help of friendly staff. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Great Custy Service With Rare Window!
Whoever helped me was texting me photos of the window from the yard while I was on the phone with him, and got it sent to my local BR Wrecking in 2 Days. Subaru couldn't even find this window and it saved me $350!

Super helpful for me and my sister when looking for a part, took time to explain the layout of the yard so we could find the vehicles we were looking for. Had some laughs on the way out the door and an overall pleasant experience.

I absolutely love this place, very nice employees , great customer service, prices are fair, I haven’t had to go anywhere else, in fact I am going again today, yeah my cars haven’t been the best, but, they get a nice makeover thanks to these guys and their good prices.

They have Amazing service, and very knowledgeable staff, they were helpful in telling me what I was looking for because I didn’t know the correct terminology.

Massive selection of vehicles, friendly staff, overall great experience. Will definitely recommend checking this place out if you haven't already!

Apparently they started charging $5 for entry to the yard in November of 2024. I'm disappointed this wasn't posted on their site or this Google listing.

I wouldn't mind the fee if they had an accurate inventory of parts and cars on hand, but they don't. You're effectively buying a $5 lottery ticket.

Helpful staff, and very decent pricing. Don't forget to bring a pair of solid, tall mud boots; there are numerous aisle-width ponds present during most of the year, and vehicles are often sitting in small pools of water.

I would give five stars, if not for being splashed twice by employees driving scrapyard vehicles far too fast through adjacent puddles.
