Bouch Contracting

Bouch Contracting was recommended to me by my realtor for converting space back to a garage. Customer service from start to end was outstanding. They showed up on time each day, quality of work and clean up was excellent, and they communicated well throughout the job. I plan to use them for my extensive remodel and highly recommend them.

Bouch did an extensive remodeling job in our basement. All work was this completed very satisfactorily . Workers were polite and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

My wife and I have used Bouch Contracting in the past for a bathroom renovation, handyman repairs, and I've worked with them in a professional setting referring them to clients through my real estate business. They do a great job and well versed in accomplishing a lot of different projects of all different scales!

Would not recommend... I wish I could recommend him, but I had a mixed experience with Tom Bouch. Beware he puts on a 2% PER DAY late fee which is not stated anywhere in the invoice. This is also in violation of Virginia Law 6.2-400.
He caused great delay during the sale of my house by agreeing to make fixes but then forgetting about it after his summer trip. Afterwards he had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude towards pricing and scheduling. I felt that I had to beg him to take on my requests. Also, his employee in charge of accounting, Luke, was very rude during his call with me, speaking in a commanding tone and hanging up on me when I had further questions.
This was quite dissapointing since I previously had a good experience with him on another job.

We loved Bouch Contracting! We had a water leak in our ceiling and they were able to come out and fix it within 24 hours. We ended up hiring them to fix two other things in our house that week, including another ceiling leak and a deck repair. They're highly knowledgeable and professional. They offered great prices, amazing communication, and a solid repair job. Would highly recommend!

Tom and his team have done everything from us from basement finishing, bathroom remodeling, to everyday plumbing and maintenance. They're our go-to contractor!

I am very thankful for working with Tom Bouch. I had another contractor who worked on my house and delivered a badly done job and left it half complete. As we let Tom know we needed everything to be done urgently to sell the house, he sent us a quote that same night that we were able to review and accept. Tom and his team stepped in and start working on my house within a week! Everything was done professionally and up to code, and his team did not cut corners to get things done faster. The buyers for our house sent different inspectors to check Tom's work, and everything passed and the sale went through. I believe that without Tom's help, we would have not been able to sell our house in time.

When our basement flooded in our new home we were referred to Tom and his team to do our floors. Tom gave us guidance on flooring type and worked with Lowe's directly to get a special order for our floors that were out of stock at the time. Tom was very communicative about the project progress. Very professional and respectful.

Tom and his team did a lot of work on our home (hardwood floors all over, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling). Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gets the job done well with a great attitude. Pricing seemed fair and communication was top notch. Everything has turned out great so far!
