Firstly, why didn't you explain that on the phone when you only said that orders need to be placed IN PERSON?
When my husband got there and it was the wrong product, they claimed that I never mentioned.
They said they don't take orders and to just purchase the item when it gets delivered the next day.

This business is a life saver! Super professional staff, affordable prices to purchase all materials to get the job done and guaranteed delivery. Boston Road Building Materials is unlike any other businesses. I’ve never had much luck when it comes to building materials but when I came across this business my luck started to come back. I’m located in West Babylon Long Island and I absolutely don’t mind traveling to the Bronx to keep supporting this business. Thank you guys for always delivering

Only place I could find the materials I needed during holiday season .they even went out to help with getting me a delivery at last minute notice .if ur looking for roofing material .tpo ,epdm, I recommend u give this business a call. From roofing to masonry .blocks and bricks .granite limestone and bluestone steps. they also have booming services

I had a small front porch project. Called few places for pricing and guidance. This place give me the lowest price. I went there close to the end of their day, but was not rushed, they sat with me and calculated all materials needed and give me a next day delivery. Couldn’t be happier. I recommend them and will definitely go back for future projects.

Called this place for a stucco product and after being told that orders can't be placed on the phone, we went in person to place the order. When we got to the store, they said they don't take orders and to just purchase the item when it gets delivered the next day. Firstly, why didn't you explain that on the phone when you only said that orders need to be placed IN PERSON.

Secondly, we called before driving back there the next day to confirm the item was delivered. When my husband got there and it was the wrong product (fine instead of coarse stucco), they claimed that I never mentioned we needed Coarse.

So not only did they imply that I'm a liar to my husband, they've also lost all ounce of respect and business from us. We've sourced another location for our purchases that aren't disrespectful and more organized with how to run a business.

One of the best building supply location in the Bronx. They carry a wide and huge variety of the materials plus their prices are unbeatable. I have never seen a low quality product in their store. Highly recommended
