Bob Florence Contractor LLC used Balance Property management for his management of his rentals. Unfortunately Balance Property is doing fraudulent business tacticts to bleed anyone dry that rents from them. They entered my apartment without any notice and my belongings were gone through. I called their office asking if they had come in. Victoria told me yes they went into my apartment to check on a window. I asked why I hadn't gotten a 24 hour notice to enter since it wasn't an emergency. She said they didn't have to and instantly gave me attitude for reminding her of the 24 hour notice that is stated in my lease.I expected a more professional interaction with Victoria and that started a vindictive tenant landlord recipe for harassment. The next month I paid my rent in full and gave my notice to terminate my tenancy. Victoria snatched the notice out of my hand and said, "We'll see". 3 days later I get a 3 day notice to quit for nonpayment of rent. Yes 3 days after I paid. That was just the beginning of the amount of landlord fraud that can be proven with payment receipts and even their own billing statements contradict what is now filed with the courts. Balance is also alleging that I ruined the carpet in my apartment and they had to replace it and are billing me just under $1000. Unfortunately their own records say that there was no damage to anything in the apartment according to the move out inspection done by their own employee. Looks like I'll be the one getting paid. I'd put money on the fact that Bob Florence has no clue about the amount of blatant fraud that is now on his coattails.
