Devan from Blue Wave Inspection is just the best. He did our 4 point and wind mitigation a couple of years ago and of course we like him so much we asked him to do it again. You can't ask for a better person. We highly recommend.

I unfortunately, purchased a home after blue wave home inspections, inspected the property and found it to be suitable. In the two and a half years since then, the sunroom completely rotted out with termites within 6 months. Then, the entire fuse box panel in the garage caught fire. The wiring in the home was never right from the beginning and he should have caught that. There is no receptacle for the oven behind the oven. It's buried somewhere behind the Cabinetry, don't know where it is. I don't I think as a prospective homeowner, I didn't pull the oven out. I thought my inspector would have done that, obviously. He did not also see, I don't know where the microwave is plugged in. It is also buried somewhere. I mean there's a lot of things that are not ok wiring wise that ultimately led to the old panel Catching Fire. That happened about around the 2 years anniversary of the purchase, too soon. Point being, avoid dealing with this company should be avoided at all costs.

Devan has done two separate inspections for me. He is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is how helpful he is. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Daven conducted an exceptionally thorough inspection. As an HVAC technician, I have witnessed instances where inspectors overlook or disregard issues in newly constructed homes. My faith in inspectors was waning until I encountered Daven's report. He demonstrated remarkable diligence in ensuring that every aspect was meticulously examined. His attention to detail extended from identifying soft spots in the roof to loose toilets and even a small unsealed gap on the exterior of the home that had escaped my notice. I was astounded by the extent of his findings, including the observation of light seeping through the seals around the front doors. Blue Wave has done a very thorough and detailed inspection of our new home. Our builders chose to use their final report to address needed repairs and replacement issues, before closing. Devan was right on time and went above and beyond to make sure no detail was overlooked, he also mentioned he will be back to follow up in 10 months to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
