I will give something lower than this but have no options.
I had an active leak in hot water line in this cold weather
I called on Jan 12 and was scheduled for a leak detection at my home for 15 Jan which was a Wednesday between 10 am and 12 noon.
At 11.45 I called Philips to ask that when can they come .He said the crew should be there , let me find out and after 10 minutes he called and said that someone thought 15 is on FRIDAY .He apologize and wanted to reschedule for Friday but I was in a hurry as had no warm water in house so I told him if I don't find something earlier I will call him .
After desperate tries to other companies I will called him again and he scheduled me for today which is January 27 for 1 pm .
I called him today to confirm their arrival and he said AGAIN that they forgot my appointment.
TWICE IN A ROW WITH SAME CUSTOMER.
I don't know how they are running their business but for me it's a horrible experience.

This company did my roofing shingles! Absolutely fantastic job! The materials were high quality and the job was done quick!
