If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I bought my house a little over a year ago and they have been my go to for all my major repairs. They have reasonable prices and they make sure you’re taken care of by the end of their services! They are all very friendly, from the moment you make a phone call to their office all the way down to the technicians who come out. My overall experience has been wonderful and they will forever be my go to service providers! From electrical, to replacing my water heater to my plumbing lines all being replaced, they have had my back. I can’t thank you guys enough for all your hard work! I HIGHLY recommend you give them a call for any work that you need done!

Had this company come out on the 31st of last month, it's been 3 weeks and we still have not received a qoute nor a follow up call or appointment and my husband and I have called several times. We get the run around of " We'll call you back when we get a hold of ..." absolutely not. We need the qoute emailed to us so we can send it in to samsung so samsunf can send us a check which we told him when he came out and still nothing. Our entire kitchen floor is bubbled up as the sub floors are completely destroyed due to the dishwasher link. We are not treated as important and our case is not being treated as the emergency we were very clear on that it is. Our floors are unsafe to walk on and this company does not care. The fact that its been from the 31st of January to the 16th of February and NOTHING still? Unacceptable. We flip homes in many states and we have never come across such unprofessionalism and laziness. We are highly upset and disappointed and now have to call another contractor to come out and set up another appointment and wait for that. DO NOT USE BLUE RIDGE. SAVE YOUR TIME.

These guys gave us a good price, showed up on time and installed the unit efficiently while being mindful of not making a big mess. Would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Lopez and Mr. James came out and installed a whole new system to replace our 25 year old HVAC system.
They were knowledgeable, answering every question I had. Curtious and professional. They were here on time and jumped right onto it. I've never used this type of system before, but after they explained how to use everything, I'm good to go.

My husband had them come out Thursday to check our heat. He was told the compresser was locked up and needed to be replaced. He got a emailed quote for $3,300. He decided to get a second opinion thank goodness! The condenser was replaced on Saturday and now it works fine. A $ 30 part! I don't understand why they think it's ok to completely try to take advantage of someone. Beware!!!

Called the company to tell them I need a new waterheater and want them to come out to do it. Told them the inspector told me it needs to be replace when I bought the house. The front desk woman said she would call back to set up a time for them to come out. She never called me, so after a week, I called someone else.

We called them to get estimates for a few basic home improvement projects (painting, patching drywall, replacing trim, etc). It took them 8 weeks to finally send us quotes for 4 rooms. All the quotes were wild. My favorite: over $4K just to paint our small living room (two other companies quoted us less than that to paint the whole house). Don’t waste your time with these guys.

I had called them to check a generator, that they didn't fix. All they did was to try and sell me a new generator., or fix the existing one for 2000.00 dollars . I am now being billed for a service call that they said they would not charge me for.

They sent someone here to look at what I needed done who half listened then left saying they would call me within a week with an estimate. I had to call after a week and a half and was told they weren't done with the estimate. I called again a month later and was told someone would call me before the business day was over. Guess what no one called so I called thinking they stayed late to return calls wrong again no one there but I could call a 1 888 number for emergencies. Would not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

My AC stopped functioning on a Saturday afternoon. Hot, humid air. I have some ortho problems currently and cool air decreases pain. I spoke with Courtney on Monday morning. She told me when to expect crew to call to check out system. Courtney called back, immediately sent two HVAC techs out to my house. John and Jay. They solved problem quickly and had my AC up again!! John kindly fixed a small tabletop fan I had bought, but at the time I was too hot and frustrated to assemble. Above and beyond for sure! Awesome company and employees. I would recommend them to anyone needing maintenance or repairs. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I had been frustrated with my previous service provider. I contacted Blue Ridge and they came out the same day. Soon they were installing a new unit that I am pleased with. And they even registered my warranty for me.

Needed a new roof for my house. Blue Ridge was very helpful with working with my insurance company and making arrangements to do the job. Professional and friendly service. Did clean-up as they went each day and made sure that all nails and metal removed from yard and porches. I highly recommend them! So happy with my new metal roof

It took six months to get them to actually engage and come do the job. They came out, reviewed the job, put in a temporary fix, then disappeared for months because they needed to "look for a certain part." When they finally did show up to do the work, they did the entire thing incorrectly, so another crew had to come in and clean things up.

The work they did on the inside was not only completely botched because they didn't listen to what we wanted to do, but they didn't cover ANYTHING so dust and grime got all over our interior counter tops, walls, and floors. After I brought it to their attention they kinda-sorta cleaned things up. We had to scour the bathroom with a vacuum to get the rest of the mess up.

They dumped trash and leftover materials into my back yard. After they left I found cigarette butts, over a dozen nails, wood splinters, and shards of plastic in my back yard and on my deck.

They broke a part during their "repair," and let us know they would be replacing it ASAP. We haven't heard from them in months.

I will never again work with this group. Stay away if you need timely, high quality work.

So had a problem with my heating they came out in a timely manor, ordered the parts and fixed it in a timely manor. Then being new to heat pumps called a couple of times they came out and showed us what to do and use with our system to make it run right. They are patient and friendly...

I called to schedule an estimate. Courtney stated that I would be called within 3 days for a scheduled time. No one has returned my call as of today.

It's been 2 weeks without any response. I guess our project isn't important enough for them.

This is unprofessional and not good customer relations. I will not recommend this company.

I had a Rheem Heat Pump installed, on new dwelling, had duct work made and everything works great. Heat also works good, had them also run gas lines for gas logs and stove. Work was done on scheduled time, Tech's were very professional.

I called to set up a time for an estimate, and no one returned my call. I called again, and an employee returned my call when he was already on his way to my house. I had to rush home to meet him right then, instead of setting up a time as I had requested. He measured and took pictures and said his boss would get back to me with an estimate. It's been six weeks without a call...obviously I'm not getting that estimate. VERY unprofessional.
