A big wind storm took all siding off my house. After struggling with finding a general contractor from a list provided by my insurance company; I found A Step Above and Mr. Anderson. He came out the same day. Within two days I had an estimate. He sent information to the insurance company, answered all my questions, showed up when he said he would and did a great job. Would highly recommend his services.

A Step Above is an accurate description of the service provided. I've been working with this company on a variety of projects for several years now and always come out happy with the results. David is reliable, very knowledgeable about current industry trends and I have and would highly recommend using his services to anyone interested in roofing, siding, gutters, window & door replacements.... The list goes on....fences, decks, framing repairs, all things we've worked on together and I've probably left some things out..
10 out of 10 in my book.

I have hired Dave on three occasions to do a variety of projects Including roofing replacement windows and partial home renovation. Dave is an extremely professional and capable individual in the field of home renovations and repairs. His communication is excellent, timelines have a been adhered to, and the completed job above expectations. I recommend him without reservation. Photo represents a challenging window replace job he handled with confidence and expertise.

A Step Above Home Improvement, owned by Dave Anderson, replaced the roof on my barn. (Gambrell roof, three stories at its highest.) Anytime Dave encountered a problem, he would explain it to me and the costs involved. The roof was beautiful and I found nary a nail or screw in the ground. I had him paint the metal roof of my house and two out buildings. Another great job. I would recommend Dave and his company to anyone looking for a contractor. He was professional and his work was excellent.

I had David come out to address an HOA violation. Even though what he did for me was pretty minor, he gave it the attention of a much bigger job - he replied quickly and promptly to my inquiry and got the job done in no time at all. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with David from Step Above. Very timely repairs and good work done. We had some water damage to our house as well as some leaks in our roof and gutter work needed. Step Above fixed those problems for us for a fair price, and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely use them again for future work.
