Bought many things from Blue Oval through the years. Great pricing, low free shipping minimum, and fast shipping too. Had 1 item return a while back for a part no longer needed (but still new and in the box). Email instructions were clear, no hassle with the return and prompt credit once they received the item.

Part came damaged from manufacturer. Didn’t open package at first as I was waiting on more parts to arrive to install on car all at once. Sent photos showing damage was not from shipping or me. Blue Oval wouldn’t offer a return, exchange or refund. Granted, I ordered over 30 days but customer service was less than helpful and now I have a useless, damaged part. Poor quality, very poor service. Shop elsewhere.

RESPONSE-lol at blue oval that I hit a curb. I submitted pictures to you that showed part was manufacturer defect, not me damaging product. I can even take photos showing screw/bolt holes were never mounted. Your customer service stinks - look at other reviews who say the same thing.

Great place to get parts for your mustang. Good products and fast shipping. I have ordered from BOI a couple of times now and had a great experience both times. They carry a lot of the same brands as others with better pricing.

I am writing this review to express the unsatisfactory and unprofessional customer service I received from Blue Oval Industries when I tried to return a set of black platinum stainless steel tailgate letters for my 24 Ford Maverick. I bought these letters from this company because their price was considerably less than what Ford was charging. These letters were “not as described” because they are NOT black as shown in the photo with the truck on their listing, but more of a smoky color which is hardly visible on the stainless steel letters and does not match the black on my truck (SEE PHOTO). They were uncooperative and unaccommodating and refused to accept any responsibility for not providing accurate photos or information about the true color of those letters in their listing. I was told to contact Ford to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the shade of black of these letters. They acknowledged that they were aware of the problem as other customers had complained about the color not being a true black as shown in the photos. That being said, since they were aware of the issue, they should have handled my request for a return much differently by apologizing for the color not being as advertised and offering to send me a prepaid shipping label so I could return the letters for a full refund. Instead, they told me that they do not offer free returns and that I would need to pay for return shipping, which I refused to do. When an item is not the same color as is depicted in the photos, it is regarded as “item not as described” and a reputable merchant should provide the buyer with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund of the purchase price. I also told them that I would dispute the charge with my bank if they did not provide me with a full refund as requested. Eventually, after at least 6 messages went back and forth between us in ONE day, they provided me with a prepaid shipping label and I mailed the package back to them. I was expecting a full refund, but was taken totally by surprise when I received an email stating that I had received only a partial refund since they had deducted the price of the shipping label. I then contacted the company again to find out why they had deducted the charges for the shipping label from my refund. Their response was as follows: “You need to take some responsibility here, you have purchased black platinum letters and we sent them to you… Now is not the time to second guess how black is black, or how much shipping labels cost.” They have failed to grasp that the problem that developed was of their making because they misrepresented this product in their listing since they did not post accurate photos showing the true shade of black of these letters that the customer would be receiving. I then contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and they were very accommodating and told me they would provide me an additional credit for the shipping label as soon as the refund I received from them was posted to my account. I also contacted Ford Motor Company to inform them of the issues with the listing for these black platinum letters, and then reported them to Ford and recommended that they no longer continue to allow them to sell their merchandise due to customer complaints.
In conclusion, I should never have been subjected to the harassment and condescending attitude of this company to return these letters which were incorrectly described on their listing. Further research on the internet has revealed that my complaint is not an isolated incident since this company has had numerous complaints from other customers for their unsatisfactory customer service, as well as 3 complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. I stand behind everything I have posted in my review. BUYER BEWARE! Blue Oval Industries is not a reputable company and I do not recommend doing business with then since they will give you nothing but problems if you attempt to return merchandise.

Not as described. A set of 4 caps is 4 caps, 4, not 1 single cap, it's 4 center caps. I received only one cap, and the seller did not want to fix this issue and only came up with excuses to correct the order. The paperwork clearly says a kit of 4 pce and there is also a picture of the item with 4 center caps and still only sent me 1 cap. S T A Y A W A Y from this company.

Found what I wanted on their web site. Placed an order and they took money via PayPal. A few days later I received an email stating the order was canceled. No explanation. Tried to contact somebody at the business but had to wait many hours for a reply via email Supposedly their inventory didn't match the website and they issued a refund via electronic check which took 5 days to clear. Not a good experience.

Can say, I don’t understand the negative feedback I’ve heard about this company. I ordered twice and both times the company got the stuff out SAME DAY! Both came in in excellent condition and packaging! I ordered a tail light lense for my foxbody and installed it! Here are pictures!! Will definitely do more business

Another Ford Authorized OEM parts dealer, Blue Oval has vast selection of Ford OEM parts for Mustangs 1979-2023 at great prices. Haven’t had the pleasure to interact with Blue Oval Industries yet as far as ordering parts though I’m looking forward real soon will update review when I do. I’m always on their website browsing and adding to my wish list. Decided to order part from Blue Oval Industries, the process was very easy, shipping was extraordinary fast, packaged great and secure. I would highly recommend this company for hard to find classic and modern vehicle parts.

Ordered some lights, price was good and they showed in stock despite a couple questionable Google reviews. They shipped same day and should be here in a couple days, it's a new oem part so assuming that's all good (will update if not), great online company to buy from!

Biggest mistake ever, buying a Roush hood scoop from Blue Oval Industries. Had the scoop on for 2 weeks, after a hot day it warped and sagged.
After many emails to Roush and Blue Oval Industries neither would claim responsibility, even though still under warranty. This is a common problem which they are not addressing. They are knowingly selling defective products.

I ordered four Mustang pony center caps from this place through Amazon. The center caps are not accurately described on this sellers page. Factory center caps are a satin finish. The items they sell are high gloss and don't match the factory wheels. I requested to return these items, since they were inaccurately described on the website. Then, they not only charge you an obtuse restocking fee (15%) but they also charge you return shipping for their poorly an inaccurately described item. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I will be contacting Amazon for an A to Z Guarantee claim for misleading info. If this is declined, I will be requesting a charge back for the remaining amount through my CC company. I will not be taken advantage of by a dishonest seller.
