I have called looking for material three times in a week. When I ask if they carry a certain item, I get an answer, of course we carry that. When asking a cost, they looked up the item and then say, "oops, we don't have any in stocks". Three different items on tree different days! What's up with this?

James was so helpful. He didn't show any disrespect to me for all my silly questions. We need to shop here and not Sutherlands

I was very disappointed when I walked in. Not one person acknowledged me, I stood and looked at some samples and not one person asked if I needed help. When I asked for help they told me they were busy and where I could find help. I then tracked down some help and he was rude, had absolutely no knowledge about what I was asking and was very annoyed when I asked him to look further into what I needed. I have been trying to utilize my local hardware stores with Sutherlands coming to town soon. Luckily one phone call to Menards and they answered my questions with confidence. It looks like I'll make the drive to Casper and I am very excited for Sutherlands to open.

Good service and prices were only within dollars of cost of item if traveling to Casper to pick up so didn't even pay for gas.
