- When I ask if they carry a certain item, I get an answer, of course we carry that. When asking a cost, they looked up the item and then say, 'oops, we don't have any in stocks.'
- Not one person acknowledged me, I stood and looked at some samples and not one person asked if I needed help.
- The staff was rude, had absolutely no knowledge about what I was asking, and was very annoyed when I asked him to look further into what I needed.
