Travelling from Kitchener Ontario, this weekend broke down in Beckley, with a defective thermostat, the owner was able to get us into shop& back on the road the same day. Very efficient & very reasonable pricing. We are now in Florida & very thankful for all the help from the staff !!

Despite being backed through December, they managed to fit me in when my alternator finally gave out. They also informed me I was sold the wrong alternator and that one of my tires was about to blow-which it did about 38 minutes later

Was recently on a family vacation with my wife and 3 young children when our Sienna started making funny noises on a late Wednesday morning. We first pulled into the local Toyota dealer who told us they wouldn’t be able to get us in until Monday. They never even looked at the car. Bailey’s was just down the street, so we tried our luck there. They immediately hopped out of the office and went to examine the noises, only to tell us that we’d have to replace our water pump. Simple enough, but the water pump in a Sienna is under the engine and requires at least 11 hours of labor.

Long story short, they worked past operating hours on Wednesday afternoon, foregoing the dozens of other jobs I knew they had in their queue, just to prepare the van for a long day of work on Thursday, and got us repaired and back on the road before closing on Thursday afternoon. Not only did our young family make it to the Great Smoky Mountains as scheduled for a long weekend of fun to cap off our two-week excursion, but Bailey’s, and the owner Mr. Blevins, was kind enough to be our taxi rides to & from our hotel during our 24+ hour layover, all while refusing a cash tip for it and charging us 2 hours less on the labor than they actually worked.

I wouldn’t wish a vacation breakdown on anybody, but if you’re unfortunate enough to experience one, I hope it happens in Beckley, WV so you can take your vehicle to the good folks at Bailey’s!

Have taken my Rav4 to this shop since it was out of warranty. Professionals, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, courteous. Also, reasonable rates. Have used them for my vehicles for years. A1.

I moved to Beckley about 5 years ago; messed around with a couple other shops. After I found Bailey's, now with a new owner and renamed Blevins Auto Repair with same staff and Mechanics, I will NOT go to any other garage.

These guys know how to treat a customer right!!

Bottom line, I cannot say enough good things about this shop.

This is how an auto repair shop is supposed to be done. They do good work, keep you updated with what's happening, prompt work (considering the supply chain is working) friendly staff. Highly recommend.

These guys are always busy, but they do their best to give you a good heads up on what to expect, time and/or money-wise. Reliable service!

NO LONGER!!! I was treated very poorly, A customer was taken in before me for an oil change even though I was there at 730 AM because she was friends with the owner's wife. I was talked to very disrefectfully by person at the counter because I asked why my car had not been taken in first that I had to be at work. He left the front desk and went into the garage where he was ranting and cussing at me with other staff.
Most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Also, when my car finally got in the garage for work for air conditioning the oil was going to be changed...only after 4th telling what problem was did they understand the work needed.

My Family and I have been using Baileys for years, they always offer a fair price, timely repairs with no BS. If you want it fixed right the first time goto Baileys.

The guys were real friendly, treated us like they new us. One even crack a few jokes. Got our vehicle in quick, found and fixed the problem in pretty quick time. And actually a good descent price. I figured they'd charge a hefty amount since we were from out of town . Hats off to Jerry. Thanks.

rear brakes failed on my 3500 ram, called them, got truck in the same day, and they called to report final price, gave my ok, truck was all fixed up the same day. very nice job, happy to get my work truck got on the road asap. thank you baileys!

My van broke down on my way traveling south. The tow truck guy recommended Baileys. They checked it out right away and found out it was more then could be done in a short time. They took me to the rental place so I could get a van to keep on going. They had the van fixed by the weekend when we came back through on our way home. Very nice, helpful people and very reasonable price. Would recommend them.

Awesome! I'm from out of town and had them inspect a car I was coming to buy. Bailey's was timely, helpful, accurate, and priced right!

We were traveling and passing through the area when we had a transmission problem. We needed our car fixed right away due to our daughter having surgery in Michigan in two days. Bailey's got us in right away, got the part, fixed the car, and had us up and running quicker than expected. They did everything they could to make sure we got home to our daughter. Very friendly, honest, hard-working guys.

Took vehicle here to find a noise in front end, they called told me it was brakes and rotors and I had them replace them...everything else seemed fine and would be more expensive to go through and replace one by one to figure it out...noise worse than ever...staff was friendly and car was returned clean

They were very nice and helpful. We were out of town and needed a new serpentine belt and they fixed it quickly so we could get back on the road. Very good service.

Bought a bran new car from west Virginia with bad brakes originally I'm from Ohio and had to drive all the way back and they fixed me and my girlfriends van brakes that day so it was safe to drive back to Ohio for a reasonable price fast service and a magical auto shop thank you for the service

We were traveling from Virginia to Ohio on the afternoon before Thanksgiving when we had car trouble. We limped into Beckley and were very lucky to have found Bailey's. They squeezed us in, fixed the problem, and had us on our way at a very reasonable charge. Thanks, guys!

Used to be one of the best places in town. No sure what happened. They "fixed" my air conditioner with a purge and vacuum check and refilled it with R134. Worked great for a couple days then hot air. "Fixed" it again due to "leaking valves" and charged me again. Worked for a couple of days then "fixed" it again due to a "leak in the rubber hose" and charged me again plus the inflated cost of the hose. Worked a couple days then hot air. Actually fixed it the fourth time by replacing compressor so more money again. Ended up costing $800 and four trips out there. Also had them inspect it while there and they called saying I needed front brakes at $250 for rotors and pads. I told them to put a reject sticker on it and I would do it myself but they had already installed Advance Auto rotors and pads. All in all, over $1000. Not a good bargain. If a vacuum check holds for 30 minutes you don't have a leak. If it doesn't hold you put dye in the system and use a leak detector sensor to find the leak. I was a mechanic but got old so am willing to pay a competent garage to do my work. I got old but I didn't get stupid. Anybody with a leaking air conditioner can buy the parts from Rockauto, change it all out, pull a vacuum then fill it. The amount is on a sticker under the hood. Whatever happened to the old time work ethic? I still give three stars because they are nice people and can't watch everyone in their shop. Just seems the owners should have been clued in on the 2nd return, maybe the 3rd and definitely the 4th. I had taxi fare all these times to pick it up and leave it. They don't do courtesy trips 7 miles to pick you up or take you home. Not sure what their radius is for this complimentary service.

They have had my dodge nitro for over a week and keep trying to over charge us the bill keeps getting changed for fixing the line for my a/c. The a/c that has already been checked and is working just needed the line changed are saying its not working. Also half my screws are missing for my dash.

Been doing business with this shop for over 20 years. Prices are fair and work is always good. If you are looking for a shop to get it done right for a reasonable price then Bailey's Auto Repair is what you need.
