I took my vehicle in on November 22 2024, the estimate said they started repairs on December 4 2024, was supposed to complete on December 20 2024. Now it’s January 17 2025 and I’m still waiting, somehow my vehicle wouldn’t start after it was to their shop although I drove it in, so it was taken to Crossroadd Chevrolet and said they wouldn’t be able to look at for about a week. I’ve been paying for the rental on my dime since December 27th and just called to check on my vehicle at Two Brothers and no one is answering. So I just called Enterprise to extension the rental yet again and was told after this extension I could still get the insurance rate but would have to pay a 300.00 deposit.

By far the most difficult company to work with in Beckley. It took 3 months to get my car fixed and they put a piece on crooked TWICE. my passenger door hardly shuts because they cannot put on a piece correctly. They are supposed to be the best in beckley and obviously I should’ve given my money and time to somewhere else. horrible experience, go anywhere else but here.

Went to get a claim for a vehicle insurance claim for repairs, and they literally were very rude and I showed the woman at the counter my insurance information and handed her my phone and instead of handing it back to me she slammed it on the counter in front of me and.

The work was well done and completed on time. As with any business, you pay before they give your vehicle back to you, which we did. Then 11 days later we received a call saying that they couldn't find where we made a payment. We have the receipt and bank statement showing that we did!

I left my truck here on February 17th of 2024. I they finished the repairs on June 20th.

I was never contacted by the shop for updates. They refused my phone calls and I had to use state farm to even get an update status.

I asked them to fix any additional damage to my vehicle and I would supply the difference and they returned my truck like this.

The brand new bumper they installed they didn't even paint it. Just blamed the damage on shipping. Never called me to ask if I wanted it fixed.

The lack of professional people in this outfit and poor work I do not recommend them to anyone ever. And if you do take your vehicle here be prepared to not get it back for 5 months minimum.

They did not even clean the inside of my truck before returning it. Just left it the way it was from the wreck.

I have gone through them with two cars, and although the insurance was a pain to deal with it, they were helpful and kept me updated on everything with the car. I do highly recommend them. Just make sure you have a good insurance company that will work with these great people. Everyone I spoke to was absolutely incredible

They’re lucky to get one star. Shady business giving pictures of your personal property to someone else. Then someone who doesn’t even do estimates and hasn’t looked at your car can go to court and lie saying that’s not how my car got damaged, and even stated that it was on the opposite side of my car then it really was.

Reccomended by State Farm after an accident. They were listed as the number one repair shop in southern WV. The staff walked me through what to expect and when to expect it in regards to an insurance claim. The staff was 100% accurate and very professional during my interactions with them. The vehicle was a total loss, so I didn't get to see their capabilities regarding repair. However, if the repair was in alignment with their customer service, I'm sure it would've been excellent.

They did great work on my jeep, and it looked better when I got it back from them, then I did when I bought it. Amazing work! I definitely didn't expect them to clean the inside, too, but they made it look fantastic. They're the best!

This group of people in this shop are great! My car looks great and runs perfectly! I think they even made the inside look good! I would recommend them to anybody that needed work done on their vehicle! I don’t know exactly what all was done but it was tore up pretty bad and now it shines and looks like it used too!! Thank you for all your hard work!

They took great care of me. They also put me in touch with someone else who helped me with the dent. If you need your car fixed, take it to 2 Brothers.

They went above and beyond what most would have. I thought I had a leaky windshield but it was the sun roof tubing. They fixed it and refitted my windshield also. They were very polite helpful and fast.

They were great about getting my truck in to get it worked on. However that is where the good part ended. While they color matched and installed most parts well….most isn’t what you are looking for when paying for work like this. They failed to transfer an old interior access panel to the new part, covered it with the plastic facing and gave it back to me. It wasn’t until much much later when I needed to do work on the truck that I discovered a missing part which brought the project I started to a halt. I contacted them for the part, took the truck in and they ordered it. I didn’t even want them to install it and it has still taken months. Over a month since they got the part to get it painted and then after multiple phone calls. Basically, the attention to detail wasn’t there and they willingness to make it right isn’t apparent. Would not recommend.

Very quick and thorough estimate. He even explained the process required to fix the car. I was very happy with the service provided.

My truck was hit on the driver's side, both of my doors and the left side of the cab had to be replaced and the results look so good you would never even know it happened! They even went out of their way to replace my aftermarket badges. There was a slight issue with one of my rain guards falling out on the way home and to make it right they bought a full set of weathertech guards to replace them and instead of replacing just the one I got to keep the whole set! Overall everything was handled very professionaly and the repair didn't take long at all, I would highly recommend this place if you want it done right and a peace of mind of knowing they stand behind their work.

Car towed there on June 8 after hitting deer. Initial quote was $7,400.00. They tried to pass off an incorrect light assembly and different color grill trim piece on me. Work wasn't completed on car until October 1. In the end my insurance was billed over $15,000.00. Had to do without a vehicle for almost 2 months and drive it 2 more months w/o a light and missing trim pieces. Had to miss 2 days of work to drop car back off to them. Never did they keep me in the loop or return phone calls. There is a lot more to the story about getting different excuses from different ones I spoke with there through this ordeal, but would be pages.

Maybe it's covid but maybe not. 2 months to get my car back with different people giving me different dates. They called to have me come on to finish putting on an emblem and side marker light. Three hours later, I asked what the deal was and they brought my keys. Literally had me so try there for 3 hours putting an emblem on and tell me they sent the wrong size light. Weeks later...still don't have that light

They came out to the camp ground and unlocked my car for me and then recently towed my vehicle to the shop no complaints fast friendly service I would use again and again Huge thanks to William Dalton!

They are so nice. They did a awesome on my car. I would give them 1000 stars. My uncle works there and fixed my car after a deer hit me. They are fast and do a awesome job. You wont be disappointed if you go. Trust me
