Nathan at Blacks Buildings was a pleasure to work with! He was professional and courteous with a neighborly attitude. We bought a 12' x 16' Storage Shed at an incredible price and set up went better than I could have expected. I was so impressed with the value and professionalism that we are now working on a 24' x 30' Shop with them. The entire staff, the entire building operation is done onsite, is top notch. They are patient and professional. High quality structures and they definitely will build what you want. They installed a Rampage door to my storage unit…it’s awesome! Highly recommended!!

Blacks buildings is the best metal building builder all around. From the sale to the finished product every person involved had stellar communication, was professional and timely. We had some unique circumstances and they worked hard to make things happen for us. The building crew was amazing as well; demonstrating the above and cleaned up all scraps EVERY DAY which was wonderful considering we had animals and children around. We are so pleased with the level of quality and customer service. Blacks will be our go to for any product we need that they sell.

Several years ago we purchased a building from Black's Buildings. Since then we have had to have our shed moved twice, due to circumstances beyond our control. From purchase to this latest move, we have only good things to say. In fact, this latest move was within a two hour time period from our request to the complete move. You don't find that type of service in the time period we live in. I would recommend Black's Buildings, whether for a purchase, or to move an existing building, to anyone who can use their services.

We agreed to purchase two small buildings from Blacks several months ago. They asked for a 25% deposit to "hold our place in the production line", which we agreed to (deposit was $10,000).

A short time after putting in the deposit, we decided to move forward with the smaller of the two buildings we had ordered. The building we wanted was $7,500. We asked Nathan (sales guy) and Matt (owner) to apply our deposit to that building and refund us the balance. They refused, saying that because they had incurred some costs that only a small portion of the deposit could be applied to the small building, and the rest would have to be applied to the larger building.

We asked for a breakdown on the costs they claim to have incurred. No response. We asked if we could sell our interest in the larger building to another buyer and transfer our deposit to him. Matt refused. To try to get the deal done, we finally offered to apply all of our $10,000 deposit to the smaller building that we were only supposed to pay $7,500 for. Matt refused that as well.

At this point, neither Matt or Nathan are returning any of our phone calls or emails. They have fraudulently stolen $10,000 dollars from us. Given the lack of a contract and the misrepresentations on the deposit, I'm sure we'll win in small claims court. But what a hassle.

I've been delaying writing this for a long time, hoping that Matt and Nathan will take the easy win and just build us a shed for $10K. But it seems like that's not going to happen. So I thought I'd write this as a warning to others.

Blacks Buildings built a 10x12 exactly how I wanted. Construction is great, looks great, and timelines were met for delivery. Pricing ended up better than tough shed or other prefab models from a Home Depot and the experience was much better.

Blacks built a great building and the delivery was no hassle. The driver was very nice. My building was leveled out in a professional manner. And the craftsmanship leaves nothing to be desired.

It's finished out and it looks great I expect to enjoy this for years to come!

Ever had a dream that you could vision being real. Well the folks at Blacks Buildings did that. I had a dream of what I wanted and they came through and exceeded my expectations.I purchased the 12x30 with the dormer. Absolutely beautiful. I am so overjoyed there are no words to describe the emotions. But from beginning to end and even with my fickle request they were absolutely amazing!!!! I’d buy again and tell your mama too!

First time ever purchasing a storage shed. They built it to my specs and had it done and delivered in less than two weeks. Easy, seamless experience.

They have really good quality buildings at a fair price they made a custom chicken coop for little to no extra cost. Also they stayed late to finish the deal because I got before closing.... overall very pleased with them would go back again.

I stopped by Blacks Buildings to look at some of the buildings they had on display . There was no salesperson to follow me around or try to pressure me into buying a building! I looked at several models and liked what I saw so I went inside and asked the young lady in the front office to speak to a salesperson ! After telling him the size building I needed with the features and colors I wanted, in just a few minutes he gave me the price ! I was very pop surprised! The price was well below what I had expected, and much cheaper than other buildings I had priced at other dealers ! The building I ordered was the building I got ! The delivery was on time and the young men that delivered it and did the set up were very nice and professional ! My experience with Blacks Buildings was a pleasure and I won’t hesitate to do business with them in the future. Had a great experience with Nathan at Blacks Buildings! I wanted to surprise my husband with a new shed for his birthday. Nathan and his team were just as excited about surprising him as I was! They took the extra step to paint to the colors of my house and roof preference. Painted the floor to match the door and put a brand new roof on it, and delivered it! This all happened in a matter of 1 week! Great service. Very responsive. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing sales experience with Blacks Buildings, and Nathan to be specific. They are very knowledgeable about their products, and the quality is outstanding. I needed an office space, and this 10 x20 building is perfect! They just happened to have this unfinished building available; however you can build to your personal specifications. Excellent experience with this company, and Nathan specifically! We had a short window of time where we needed to find and install a shed on a property we were moving into. I called to see if there was anything premade on the lot, there were a few buildings but I didn’t love the look. Nathan called me back an hour later letting me know he could get the building I wanted built and delivered within my timeframe. We are so grateful and love the building! The delivery company went above and beyond to deliver the building the evening before Thanksgiving and were meticulous making sure it was level. We love the building and we are so thankful to have found blacks buildings when we did!

Have to give a shout out to Nathan who helped us with our order. It was completed and delivered within the time frame he told us. Very pleased with our 12-24-8 wood sided building. Quality and price was the best. We had shopped all over middle TN. The delivery person did an excellent job in placing it where we wanted and leveling it. The factory had forgotten to put insulation wrap on doors. One phone call to Nathan and it was fixed same day. Kevin came and took care of it. He was very professional and there at time he said he would be. Highly recommend Black’s Buildings. They are a 5 plus.
