It had been a few years since our place had been serviced, but Trevor was very helpful in getting everything serviced and updated.

We had our sidewalk and driveway raised and cracks filled by Orlando and Jorge. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do, did great work and cleaned up!! Very happy with their work and the outcome!! Highly recommended!!

We needed to have our driveway lifted. They showed up right away in the morning, worked quickly and even gave me some suggestions on another repair I could make myself. Looks great and I am very happy.

I can’t say enough about the two guys that did my inspection. Not only did they show and explain everything to me they also recommended that I get extensions for my down spouts to control the amount of ground water coming in. Hopefully, the extensions will keep my sump pumps from running all the time. I can’t remember that last time I’ve received this level or customer service. Kudos to them they do a great job and are very personable.!

Orlando and Jorge were great! I am used to working around different trades on job sites all over the state and surrounding states and these guys were very professional and did a great job. I have never taken the time to write a review for anyone either for good or bad work, but wanted to make sure that they got recognition for a great job. They were extremely patient with my curious 5 year old that asked them a million questions. They didn't finish the first day due to rain which was totally fine and im very glad they didn't rush through it to just get it done. They wanted it to get a good cure before any rain fell that would reck it. They took pride in their work and that is hard to find these days! And it turned out great! Great job guys much appreciated! Ryan (my 5 year old) says he would definitely hire them back!

Orlando and Jorge were very personable and cared about their job. They wanted to know that me the customer was going to be satisfied with there work and the scope before even starting.
They noticed a couple of additional spots that may need repair to make the job right and on their own chose to complete to totally satisfy their client. They did a wonderful job sealing my driveway and walk. They explained what they were doing and did the work very efficiently.

Sold me the wall braces that tie into what's this floor joyces. Only moved 1/16 of a inch over 2 years. Was told when wall moves back they will come out and install shorter screws. Called about wall not moving, was quoted over $3000 more to dig out to get wall to move back, still no guarantee wall would move. Maybe their not the best choice.

Jason was very professional, polite, and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best course of action for our home.

Ian performed annual maintenance on my sump pump system. He was very polite and professional. He checked everything out and replaced parts that needed replacing in a timely and professional manner.

He also replaced a broken ice guard on my outside discharge line. He then tested the entire system to insure serviceability.

A very efficient, polite crew! They verified work directives, assisted with moving my outdoor swing , were very conscious of my siding, hauled items to the dump, cleaned after themselves, and ensured I knew how to care for the foundation. Very pleased with the Pierre crew...thank you!

Steve H. was awesome! He was very communicative and let us know what time he would be stopping by. He was also in touch on the day of and let us know exactly when he was on his way. Since we are new to the area and this is our first time with this experience, he explained everything he was doing, its purpose, and what we need to know for the future when we go house hunting. He was extremely kind and friendly and made us feel at ease. He even showed us some videos so we would understand better since we’re native Southerners who don’t deal with this type of thing. Steve H. is an asset to Blackburn Foundation Repair, and he definitely deserves a raise! I wish all house calls were this simple. My design specialist, Jason took the time to discuss my concerns, take photos of my entire basement, laser scan for proper leveling, exterior photos & then preparing a complete proposal for me to make a sound decision on which system to use in my basement restoration project. Jason's greatest asset is that he's very knowledgeable and helpful, listen's well too. Serves the company well!

While they were unable to help us with the problem we have in our driveway, Jason was very friendly and informative. He was willing to help get us in contact with someone who can and provided that information quickly.

Hadley, Chris, and Christian did an outstanding job working on my basement. They were quick, thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results. Hadley took the time to discuss cost-effective ways to improve and encapsulate my basement without needing a full replacement. His insights were incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate the extra effort. Old basements can be a headache, but thanks to their work, mine feels much better. I highly recommend Blackburn—10/10 over the competition!

The truth is in the numbers. I began with 3 radon tests. I purposefully placed them where the radon would be the highest in the basement and 1st floor, i.e. Bathroom with high humidity near the crawl space, the guest room and master bedroom near the ceiling and near a trapped wall. Our beginning numbers were as follows. Basement bathroom 27.2, Basement Guest room 24.7, and the 1st floor Master Bedroom 17.4. The high reading led me to Blackburn Foundation Repairs. After meeting with Ben Rauscher, it was decided that we should encapsulate the crawl space under the new addition and seal the sump pump area. The work was scheduled for January 30th and 31st with Samantha Pacholl as the Radon Technician assigned to complete the work. Samantha was amazing. She not only completed all the work necessary she did it with the least amount of disruption to our daily routines. The professionalism and courtesy she demonstrated while working to safeguard my family cannot be put into words. She made suggestions based on professional observation. She actually finished the work in what I consider record time. She also checked back with me twice to make sure the system was working properly. The finished project aesthetically complimented the appearance both inside and outside of our residence. But how did she do and what results did she produce. Back to the numbers. The Basement Bathroom and Guest room (4 weeks later) now measure <1.1 and <1.2 respectively and the Master bedroom is <0.9. Promises Made Promises Kept. Thank You Samantha, Ben, and Blackburn for restoring a healthy environment for my family to reside in.

The service employee, Tucker, called ahead, arrived as he indicated and was courteous. He promptly went to work on my annual sump pump service. When he completed the job, he reviewed with me what he had done and what he saw as status of the equipment.

September 19th, Samantha came to put a radon midigation (?) system in for me. Sam went over every option with me, explaining the how's, why's and where's. I decided against doing anything right now. I really appreciate her patience and the time she spent explaining the details to me.

Steve was a treasure to work with. Exceptionally polite and pleasant. He was extremely task oriented and always asked if I had questions about his work. It was a pleasure having him in my home. Blackburn has an excellent asset with Steve. I hope he is assigned to my annual check next year. Thank you Steve.
