My name is Liz, and my husband Matt & I live in Whispering Creek. We began the journey of building our home in November 2020. At age 60, we had never built a home. I was nervous, intimidated and just not knowing what to expect, even though we had a pretty clear vision of what we wanted in our new home. Nate immediately put many of my fears to rest; he was calm and knowledgeable . Stephanie, our designer was truly my rock. She was always there for me and offered her expertise when we needed it the most. Honestly, she was a blessing to us, and this crazy time in our lives would have been much more stressful without her!! To say our build was without any flaws or “hiccups” would be a lie. We had our “moments!” Our home was completed in late August 2021. We LOVE it! Our view of the sunsets from the big living room windows is spectacular, and we have a beautiful space to spend time with friends and family! Many memories have already been made here! Thanks to Kelly Construction, and my friend Stephanie for playing a role in making this season in our lives a joy! In the end, it was worth it!

Kelly Construction saved us from terrible experiences we had with Advantage and Hildy Homes in Omaha. The finishes on their houses are high, they offer things other companies up charged massively (heated floors, dual shower heads, and soft close cabinets everywhere!!). Everything was so thought out in their design and the passion of their employees was evident. They are very responsive and take pride in their work. We have had our Kelly house since May and are still in love, would definitely recommend! Great company to work with.

Our experience could not have been better. Very personable people throughout the entire design process and amazingly awesome to work with. They are on top of it during and had amazing followup well after we were already moved in!!! We would recommend Kelly Construction to build for us over any other company in the area, hands down. They are a class act.

When we decided to build a second time we went out and interviewed several builders finally deciding on Kelly Construction and we are glad we did. We could not ask for a better experience. We had high expectations being that this is our dream home. Kelly not only met those expectations but exceeded them. I am particularly pleased with the quality of the finish work and their ability to provide new and interesting ideas and innovations. Our general contractor, Mitch Herrity, was on site at least twice a day and responded everytime to any text or call. If we ever build again we wont need to shop around we will go straight to Kelley Construction!
