They worked really hard to solve my roof leak issues. And eventually came with the cricket flashing idea , which did the work.

However after 8 months when the leak happened again, Javier is not willing to come back and inspect. Irrespective of we still being under the warranty period.

I am lowering the rating for not keeping up with the warranty after reaching out multiple times for this issue .

JBC Construction did work for me they are professionals, I love their work, the quality of their work is excellent, their pricing are fair and reasonable. They are a company you want to keep for current and future projects, that is what I plan on doing.
