This is not your usual "storm chasing" company who is here one day and gone the next. Maclyn is local and stands by his work and crew. Price was very reasonable, affordable, and the financing option was great. The quality of the instalation and the quality of the upgraded Malarkey shingles was excellent, far better than my last roofing company. I used Bighorn Roofing for a roof replacement and they did an excellent job. They were timely and it was obvious the installation crew had experience and knew what they were doing. The crew finished the job in less than 2 days and the cleanup was very nice. No nails or old roofing material was left behind. Mac was responsive to any questions and was pleasant to work with, he was honest, pricing was fair and honest. I would highly recommend Bighorn Roofing.

We used bighorn for hail damage to our roof and windows. The roof went fairly well except that the crew wasn’t paying attention to where they were throwing the shingles and destroyed our satellite dish. This was just a bit of a hassle.

Luckily we only had one window that needed replaced because this was a fiasco. The contractor that was used was not qualified to install the window. He came out multiple times to fix it. Water kept coming in when it rained. They finally did get qualified window person to come out. So also a huge hassle.

My insurance company didn’t get everything they needed. I believe they finally gave up on trying to get reimbursed for permits and Miscellaneous items.

They were always courteous to us. However I would never recommend them as we had so many problems. We also Realized after the fact that our porch railings needed repainted from the hail. We’re just gonna do that ourselves.

There are many roofing companies out there. I will do my homework and talk to other customers before using one.

We are in the process of selling our house. We had to move out of state before closing. We had found out that we needed to replace our roof before closing. I decided to go with Bighorn roofing. Jeff Hug was very prompt on getting back with me with a quote. Jeff really kept me informed on delivery, when they would start and when they finished. Jeff also provided me with pics on every process as they went along. This was very helpful being that we were out of state. Mac made the the process easy and seamless. The price was very reasonable and they worked with our insurance. They called to confirm appointment and actually started earlier than first expected. The crew did a good job while working through obstacles like a neighborhood power outage for a day and nap time for 2 three year olds. They cleaned up after themselves and have made every attempt to have the yard safe for the toddlers and pets. Loved it!
