Hello my name is clay. I wanna personally write this review regarding the service I received.
First of all amazing work! Big ikes is the place to call if you need any kinda service. Regarding roofing gutter repair and much more The girl who answered the phone when I called i believe her name was April she was very kind and professional. They wasted no time beating around the bush and got right to work when they arrived. I'm extremely happy with the professionalism and the work thank you big ikes
Highly recommend them for friends and family.

I needed my roof repaired in very short notice and big ikes roofing came the same day and fixed my missing shingles and sealed my roof could no be happier!

Big Ike's is great. 4 stars of this review are for the great job done on our roof that everyone would expect. Big Ike's earned a 5th star from me because when there was confusion about a small bay window they came back and finished that quickly without a charge. I think most companies can handle things well on the day-to-day when everything goes as planned; but having a company that takes care of things when things don't go as planned demonstrates the real meaning of customer service.

Big Ike's finished my roof and gutters yesterday and I just can't be happier! Mark has the best customer service and his crew was pleasant, professional, fast and efficient. I needed my roof done before returning to Arizona and Mark made it happen - even in the snow!!

I would not hesitate to use them again and I will recommend them to any and everyone!

Big Ikes Roofing was so superior and professional. We are so pleased with our new roof and wood wrapping with metal around our home. The crew for both projects were very friendly and outstanding with their work. I know that Big Ikes is the one to get the job done right and in a timely manner. On a scale from 1 to 10 .... I would give this company a "15". You will not be disappointed at all. Thanks to Mark and Dave for your expertise in our home improvement projects. We are also having Frank M. who will be doing our kitchen counters and a much needed deck remodel as well.
