Had a great experience with Arturo at Big D Roofing. Excellent customer service, and dedication. Thank you Arturo for taking the time to meet on your day off and not making us feel rushed or ignorant. We had alot of questions and he helped us to make the best decision. Will be using him again for sure!

The owner, Larry, is a secret saint : He quietly brings food, & at-times a little $, to homeless people who seem to be trying. ( -- in nearby parks, etc, where he walks his dog daily. --- always bringing a sack & picking up litter as they go. ---- He even cleans his dog's teeth, w/ a washcloth. ) Most of all, tho: He makes sure that his roofing crews & supplies are always only the best.

We have used Big D for many years and many roofs. Always happy with excellent service. Never had a problem.

They replaced my roof in 2011, and when I had shingles blow off in the recent storm, they came out and replaced them at no cost.

I made one call to Big D and I immediately was put on the schedule for a new roof.
The 8 person crew that came to my home was efficient, professional, and extremely hard working. At the end of each day all debris was collected and put in the trailer. They were very respectful and quiet , if that is possible , while putting on a new roof.
Experience is crucial In this type of project and Big D did not disappoint.

I was referred to Big D Roofing from a member of my church. I’ve been cautious of contractors due to some issues I’ve had in the past. They worked around my busy work schedule to come out and give me a bid. I got a honest appraisal, even came in a bit under the adjusters report. I have a small home and they were finished with job in a day. What made me really feel comfortable with Big D was they are local to DFW, not storm chasing contractors, so if I ever need to call them for warranty work which is 2 years I know they will be here. Based on the banks inspection though I don’t think that will ever happen. If you are looking for honest, professional, & quality work give Big D Roofing a call first.

Professional and trustworthy. A definite great experience. I researched several roofing companies and settled on Big D when a contractor friend recommended them. I’m very happy with my choice. They did all the work they promised and cleaned after themselves.

Big D put the roof on my house when it was built in 2013. When we just had the hail storm that came through Frisco March 26th, Big D was one of the roofers we asked to come inspect our roof. They were actually the first company to come out. We were glad to hear, we dodged a bullet and everything looked great. No damage, we did not need a roof. Three more companies came came out and our insurance adjuster and all told us our roof was a total loss, we had holes in shingles, our gutters were destroyed, we had a broken window, damage to our air conditioner, our garage door and window screens. I would NOT trust Big D to evaluate anyone's roof
