Better Roofing & Contracting

Roofing crew came out today 05/09/25. Very prompt. Said they would be out at 7am and it was 7:01 when the doorbell rang. Very nice guy wanted to let us know they were here to start. Did our house and detached garage in one day. Jason the crew leader was here several times and very friendly. Great crew, great job! Highly recommend!!

I would recommend Jamestown Roofing, Kyle was great to work will, very professional and prompt at returning my calls or answering all questions.

The crew from Better Roofing and Contracting did a superb job residing my home. However, the job did have a few hiccups through the project. Tyler was prompt to address the issues and they were corrected in a prompt and professional manner. Tyler made several stops out to the job and also did a final walk through with myself and the subcontractor to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work. Tyler also spent about an hour after the walk through going over the final invoice with me. Tyler and his team were courteous, professional, attentive, and prompt to address concerns.

I would highly recommend you give them a call for an estimate to take care of your home improvement project or storm damage repair.

I called for a quote to get my roof and garage roof replaced. When they came to do the estimate it was fast and simple. I decided to go with better roofing to replace my roof it was a easy experience to have them put the new roof on.

I contacted them about a small roof issue we were having. They sent someone out that day & the next day it was repaired!

Working with BR&C has been a very positive experience from the beginning. Laramie and Tyler have been great to work with. Communication is good, they keep you informed as to what is happening.
Dan, the foreman that did our roof, was always willing to take the time to answer questions and show you what they are doing. They had a pile of guys working on it due to bad weather coming; they pretty much wrapped it up in two long days. The second day, it was very windy, but they made sure that all the garbage was picked up before it blew away. Neighbors appreciate that.
There is a section of our roof that needed some custom pieces cut, so Laramie sent Clay to our house to design how that would go. He showed up with a metal brake and built out custom pieces to fit that area and it looks great and is solid.
Overall a very positive experience, would definitely recommend them.

Once again Tyler Perry and crew have demonstrated Exceptional Craftsmanship and professionalism. They are reliable, honest and very efficient . Tyler was a pleasure to work with. My house siding was completely replaced in three days despite the windy weather. At jobs end, all loose materials and nails were satisfactorily picked up. We are very pleased with the work Tyler and his team did for us! The went to bat with our insurance company over a hail damage claim and got us what we needed. Their communication and customer service is amazing. I would go with them again in a heartbeat.

Better Roofing and Contracting did a great job with our roofing, siding, trim & gutter needs. Laramie worked with the adjuster as the insurance adjuster missed several items but with photos, he approved them and it looks much nicer than the dented doors & trim. The crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. I appreciate their good work.
