Richard and his team did an amazing job on my roof, gutters and skylight removal. They were very professional and the quality of work was perfect. They were here bright and early and got right to work and when done cleaned up leaving my driveway and yard spotless, not one nail or shingle piece could be found. I highly recommend Best Roofing! I want to give a huge shout-out to Best Roofing of Winston-Salem, Inc. They did a full re-roofing of my 23-year-old roof. I had lots of missing shingles throughout the years of strong wind gusts and heavy storms and needed a roof replacement that wasn't going to force me to take out a 2nd mortgage! With all of the heavy rain and wind gusts that occurred this past week, the roof held up with no issues, no leaks. The total cost was literally thousands less than the estimates I researched online for a typical 2 story 1500 sq ft house. I want to personally thank Richard Noto for the exceptional service he and his team provided a couple of weeks ago. The entire process lasted a little over 7 hours, including time for lunch, and was not as noisy as I had anticipated. I truly recommend Best Roofing of Winston-Salem, Inc for anyone interested in a roof replacement or repair.

Is 5 stars the most I can give? Because Richard and his crew deserve a billion stars. They went seriously above and beyond to install my roof. They were unbelievable. Took their time removing my old metal roof, didn't damage anything. Repaired any issues, then installed a new metal roof, had to remove some of my sheds chimney, never complained, dodged wasps, repaired a pipe coming out of the top we didn't even know existed, they let me use the cool magnetic thing to pick up screws (I was so excited), they listened to totally radical 80's/90's rock on an old rickety radio, picked up after themselves, never complained about anything, they had good jokster personalities, had awesome communication, always showed up on time and were totally professional, gave me a great recommendation for an amazing electrician......they really checked every box for everything you want in a crew. I wish more people were like them and I wish more companies operated like this, my life would be so much easier. I'm grateful. Even if they couldn't get the two crazy squirrels out of my shed.....I'm grateful LOL.

I am very pleased with the job Best Roofing of Winston-Salem did on replacing 20 year old 3-tab shingles with architectural shingles on both the house and the detached garage.
