Martin is a great guy. Have the best crew to work with. I've initially hired his company for a specific job to fix nail pops and extended that to fix at least 15 different things including switches/smart switches, ceiling lights, interior and exterior painting. Martin and his team did an excellent job painting in my home. They showed up and completed the job on time. His quote was competitive and he was the only person who came and looked at the entire job before giving a quote. I will definitely hire him for my next project.

On a recent Sunday, I came out to discover that the high winds the night before had torn some shingles and felt off my roof in Monticello Forest! On Monday Morning I started calling around for somebody to patch the roof before the forecast rain on Thursday. I did not want someone to pitch me a roof replacement for my 12 year old roof. I just wanted the shingles replaced! Martin at AMCBest Remodeling called back promptly and agreed to stop by Monday afternoon to take a look at the damage. He quoted a price that was right in the middle of the expected cost range. He arrived promptly Tuesday morning, did an excellent job of getting close to the original roof color, and completed the repairs quickly. It’s been raining for the last two days, as predicted, and there is no leak evident! He did tell me that the roof is not in great shape but it should still last another five or six years before needing to be replaced.

Martin arrived promptly, and professionally repaired bathroom grout replacement, repainting weathered exterior light fixtures, and a number of small ceiling repairs and repainting. Very flexible in adding on an additional project that I spotted.
The house is now ready to present a much improved face to potential home purchasers!
