During such a busy period, I called BEST PC Chimney Cap Cleaning & Chimney Cap Repair Ltd for assistance with a damper that had gotten off track. He asked me to provide images and guided me through the process of getting things back on track on my own before offering a house visit. I was able to perform this myself, buying some time before having to replace or find another solution. It has been quite beneficial that he has taken the time to send me images and call me. I really appreciate the service and support, and I would definitely utilize them again for future chimney needs!

Excellent experience with a small, family-run business. The whole process of installing a new chimney was painless. They communicated throughout the project, which was completed fast and effectively by BEST PC Chimney Cap Cleaning & Chimney Cap Repair Ltd. Tarps were set down to prevent soot from spreading, chimney pipes were removed from the oil burner, and all construction debris was cleaned up and removed. This was a very wonderful experience.

They successfully retrieved a bird trapped in our chimney. Bennett also did an excellent job installing a screen on the cap, preventing birds from nesting in our chimney.
