American Eagle Roofing was easy to work with. They came out for an inspection and estimate within a day and were doing repairs the following day. The contract was easy to understand with no hidden fees. They were informative and professional in all aspects of the job. It’s been over 6 months and neither my roof or chimney are leaking anymore. I would highly recommend them.

Working with American Eagle was a great experience. I recently hired them to perform chimney repairs - Israel responded right away and scheduled and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. In addition, the price was reasonable and the company did not try to sell me un-needed repairs. I highly recommend this company!

Isreal was hired to fix a leak and he guaranteed his work. Almost two months later his bare minimum job was leaking again, although he promised that I wouldn't have an issue for 3 years. He said even if you do my work is guaranteed and I will come back to fix it. So I did reach out to him and he immediately gave me the run around. He said on 2 different days that he would be there at said time, or he's stuck in traffic or he's booked but I'll be his last appointment. He also stressed how much of a "businessman" he was because he has to "feed his kids". Well they must be starving because his service was everything but that! I hope he doesn't take advantage of anyone else. Steer clear bc he thinks he's a fast talker and got upset when we called him out on his lies and then hung up the phone on us. I wouldn't recommend.

American Eagle Roofing and Chimney Specialists are a highly motivated, hardworking business. Israel is knowledgeable, respectful guy and him and his crew do the job fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend them for anyone's roofing or chimney needs.

If I could give a zero, if I could! The worst company ever. They do everything for the right change. They did on purpose an estimate for another company called Posigen Solar, and left important repairs out like a big hole in the roof. I guess for the right money you do everything. So, if you decide going with a new roof, maybe you will go with a bigger more legit company. Just saying !!!!

My experience was a great one end to end process went very smooth. My roof was done in about 5hrs the team was very friendly, they did a great job cleaning any messes made & I am over all very satisfied with choosing American Eagle to do my roof. I can’t stop looking at it, it’s stunning definitely gave my house a great uplift it needed & the price you can’t beat it!
I will always recommend them to anyone I know!

Having an older home, odd jobs often pop up and Isreal is just a call away and shows up quickly and gets it repaired soon after.

I've never had to repair a roof before but my mother has and I called Israel Mercado at American eagle and he was very polite and professional when I called...he came to my mother's and inspected the roof and was very detail oriented in his inspection of the problem...my mother's house is OLD and a tree fell on her house one winter and she had a family member"fix" it...Israel gave us a great quote even my mother was pleased and she doesn't like to spend money lol..the roof was done beautifully and in a timely manner..there was no damage what so ever to any of my mother's property during the repair...I would recommend AER to ANYBODY who needs roofing or chimney work done...I don't know who that crazy person is that wrote that bad review but last I checked Momo was a scary girl on the internet who made people do bad things to themselves or other people..I give AER 5 stars and will never trust anyone else with my repairs...thank you Israel Mercado for the fantastic job you and your crew did on my mom's house...looks better now than when she bought it!!!

Great company, they came out to my house in Windsor Locks to install a new roof very professional, and fast. Owner wrote a thorough contract that answered every question I asked. I highly recommend American Eagle very satisfied. Thank you Israel Mercado.

What a great guy (Israel)!! Super customer focused and responsive. I called two other roofers (company in WeHa & another big one in Bloomfield). WH roofer never called back. Bloomfield company said they would send someone out - he was a no call/no show. I called them back & no return call. AER came out within 3 hours of my call - and when he saw what the issue was (leak around my chimney pipe) he took a video to show me - and then promptly fixed it for me. Now THAT is how it should be done. Israel obviously takes pride in his company, and his work. 1 year guarantee, even. He did a better job than the home builder. Top notch, stand up guy!!
