We love the folks at alpine! We own a business in town that relies heavily on their expertise. Lori is always the sweetest on the phone when I'm having a crisis. They have helped us with everything from AC problems, to refrigeration units, ice cream machines, fryers, griddle, you name it and they've fixed it for us! Anthony is our go to guy for cooking equipment because you can bet if he doesn't know the right answer, he's going to work on it until he figures it out and his ability to think outside the box is extraordinary. Darren is great too, very level headed and knowledgeable. Thank you Alpine for always saving the day (which is quite often in our industry)!

We moved here 2yrs ago. The first year here we had our heater inspected by Alpine. This past summer we had them here for our AC. Condenser was malfunctioning. Came next day, wala.
This winter we went big. Asked Alpine to install propane lines for a gas kitchen stove, remove the old electric hot water heater install an instant recirculating propane heater in the garage and a fireplace in the garage. We had one hiccup in the installation of one of the pipe leaking. Darren's team came out within an hour and had it fixed.
There was a communication issue in the beginning with missed calls but that was resolved.
Will use them in the future.

We recently purchased the Daikin FIT heat pump and air handler when our old unit finally died. Bottom line is the Daikin was the least expensive of bids from three vendors, and is the most efficient with a great warranty. Darren and crew installed the day it arrived, and followed up with a few minor tweaks afterward. The Daikin is impressive...quiet and efficient with an awesome smart thermostat. More importantly, Alpine is an oustanding local company you can rely on. Call them when you're ready!

Turner's are wonderful to work with, very helpful. Their crew is awesome as well. They really do care about the people who live and work here. Would highly recommend Alpine Heating! Very efficient, and knowledgeable. They ANSWER their phone! I would advise you to stop in and make an appointment and say hi to Calvin, he is very friendly and much spoiled; he is their chocolate lab.

Best experience EVER!! When no one else could come help us in an emergency, they showed up within a few hours!! We will be referring everyone to Alpine from now on. Thank you sooo much!!

We had our mini-split and 22.5 kw generator services by Alpine and were pleased with the service. A quick backstory...last year we had the same service by Alpine in our summer cabin. It was toward the end of our season and we needed a cosmetic part replaced. As happens these days, time ran out and the part did not arrive before we left. This year I made an appointment for service and the technician brought the part!! We live in a small town and the company that installed the equipment just 3 years ago charges time and mileage in addition to the service charge. That was an additional $200. Alpine has a technician that is nearer and they don't charge mileage. Two of my neighbors requested annual service and he did all of us in the same day. I respect this company for giving us good service at a reasonable price in small town Idaho

We called for a estimate they set a time and date we were ready then Darren showed up late to the point that it ran into another companies bid time. When he saw the other company he went on the offensive and said he would get us a bid a week went by and I reached out and asked if there was any word on the bid and his response was who is this and when I told him he responded I don’t sit in a office and work 70 to 80 hours a week and that I should go with another bid stay clear of this company really bad service quality heating and air and elite heating and air we’re fast and professional. STAY AWAY!

The two guys came to look at the outdoor central air unit and discovered the fan motor had burned out. They happened to have one, installed it that day, and recharged the freon. I was thankful they got it fixed with a quickness, because it was way too hot at the end of July in my 3-story house. I forgot their names, I think one might have been Dylan. They were my BEST friends that day! They were very knowledgeable and professional, and did a FANTASTIC job.

These guys are great! we called them at 5 o'clock about our air conditioner not kicking on, it had been hot for a few days & we needed someone to come soon. They called me back and asked if a guy could come by that evening. Within 30 min the guy was here & had figured out our fan went bad, he had one in his van and within an hour of calling them we had A.C. again! We had never used this company before but with always use them now!

We recently had our AC quit, and it’s the hottest it’s ever been!! Anthony from Alpine has worked at our house before, I called him. He was at my house the next day and because of his knowledge and experience he had us up and running in no time!! Darin and his crew are awesome and professional!! Special thanks to Anthony!!

Darren Turner and his crew are very professional and their work is top notch. They do return phone calls (refreshing) and show up on time. I have had them do my service work for years. I highly recommend Alpine Heating and Sheet Metal.
