We just recently had Benjamin Rose and the team design and remodel our kitchen and first floor and my wife and I could not have been happier. In the past we’ve used Seth for smaller jobs and the attentiveness from then to now were the same. From start to finish the communication was great. Sydney designed our kitchen like it was her own. Contractors like Seth and his team don’t come often, so I’m grateful for them. Again we are beyond thankful for all that they do and can’t wait to have them for our 2nd floor Reno.

We had our kitchen both designed and remodeled by Benjamin Rose and we could not be happier. This was our first major remodel and we were overwhelmed, to say the least. Sydney and Seth guided us every step of the way, were overly communicative, responsive and outright kind throughout. We are new homeowners so everything from buying a house to starting a renovation project was new to us. Seems trustworthy contractors are rare to find and somehow, we found one! We interviewed a few companies and no one compared to Seth’s trustworthiness and transparency since day 1. It was a long road but Seth was there for us each and every step explaining even the basic stuff. His responsiveness is truly amazing and he definitely makes you feel like you’re his number one client. We had a vision for our new kitchen but Seth gave us his honest opinion. We had a weird layout and Seth’s team made suggestions that we couldn’t even have imagined! As we are enjoying our AWESOME new kitchen, the lay out was just a no brainer. Seth and his team did a great job on our garage conversion and several other smaller projects. The quality of the work is excellent and Seth made sure we were happy with everything. For example, we requested casement windows, and Seth installed double casements; when we told him we actually meant single casements, he changed them out to be exactly what we wanted, with no questions asked and no additional charge. We were very impressed by this! We highly recommend them.

Seth and his team were wonderful to work with. Benjamin Rose Build & Design helped rebuilt our basement after hurricane Ida. Seth showed up a day later, gave me estimates in a timely manner, and squeezed us in with short notice. We also used Seth and his team for a residing project, new roof, exterior painting and our front door installation. He completely transformed the exterior of our house and we finally feel at home. His team is punctual, professional, and hard working. I would highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!

Seth was great to work with. Responsive, honest, and always kept us up to date on the progress of construction. When we found additional issues with the house, Seth made sure that we understood the options, and helped us figure out where our budget could best be utilized. We also felt very comfortable with the crew Seth had in our house, and they always made sure to let us know when they were coming and going so we could manage getting the work done on the right schedule. The most telling piece of information we can offer is that we'd happily work with Seth again.

Seth and his team saved the day. In a world where a lot of professionals disappear before or after giving a quote, Seth is so reliable, on top of everything. He took on our bathroom remodelings, technically a small project though we have an unusual house and nothing is easy when it comes to remodeling. We had had a bad experience with another contractor who could not complete the job. Seth immediately answered my email and offered to help. Seth has a positive can-do attitude and handles everything in a timely manner - he always finds a solution and anticipates obstacles. We were kept informed at each step along the way. We are so happy with the results and will definitely work with Seth and his team again.

After waiting nearly ten years to replace our windows, I couldn't be happier with the work from Benjamin Rose. They were fast, clean, and amazingly precise with the finish work. They perfectly matched 100 year old trim, matched 15 year old paint and touched up ancient stucco patterns as part of the job. Even the most discerning eye could not pinpoint the old vs new. We were thoroughly impressed and if the budget allowed we would have done a lot more!!

Seth graciously gave us a thorough opinion on a home we were considering to buy. He was on time and gave us honest advise. He was extremely professional! The minute we buy a home, we will work with Seth and his team to make it the home of our dreams!!

Seth and the team were amazing--I hired them to repaint my house and they went above and beyond in replacing rotting wood beams and windowsills and repairing/resealing my porch. They were also very proactive with COVID safety protocols. The price was right and I would definitely hire again.

Seth and Dan are good guys, who do good work, and want to make sure you are satisfied. You can't really ask for anything more. They did painting and masonry work, which we are very happy with.

We had a small but time-sensitive project which BRBD executed perfectly. Seth and his crew were professional, efficient and courteous. What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with BRB&D! I have a laundry list of contractor nightmare stories, but these guys were such a delight to work with. I needed a complete bathroom guy & reno. They came to check it out the same day I called them, got me a quote about a day later, and the rest is history. I live in a co-op, so they are a bit of a nightmare to deal with, but Seth took care of everything for me with the management company and super. They were on time every day, very responsive, and always keeping me up to date. The job they did was beautiful and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. If I have another job, I'll definitely be hiring them again

Seth’s crew did a beautiful job installing vinyl plank flooring on our entire main floor. Seth is a pleasure to work with. He stays on top of the job, answers emails and calls, handles any issues that arise, and is very professional. I will use him again for future home projects.

These guys are really great. They always pick their up their phone and communicate very well. They were very upfront about all prices and what to expect from the whole process. Benjamin Rose was recommended to me by the neighborhood app. I had two small projects I needed to get done. Seth was the first person who I felt was knowledgeable about it. I spoke with 2 other contacts previously and they had no idea what to do about the issue, just how to temporarily fix it or made it bigger than it should have been. If you want something fixed right that will be long lasting I would highly recommend them.

So impressed with Seth and Benjamin Rose’s wide scope of knowledge and expertise in tackling all our home repairs! They exceeded all our expectations taking on home repairs as well as full-on construction projects including the complete replacement of our torn shower pan and retiling of the floor and the walls of the shower. Among the other various projects they completed within only a few weeks timespan, they repaired the ceiling, crown molding and repainted the room under the master bathroom (fixing all damage created by the leak from the torn shower pan above). They were incredibly responsive, listening and carrying out all our requests. Such a pleasure to work with them. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
