The Be Happy team is always great to work with. They did a great job on my landscape project and do a consistently well week after week with lawn maintenance on my commercial properties. The crews are respectful and communicative. Would highly recommend.

Be Happy has built our fence, our back deck, to include extending it, and now they did our backyard landscaping. Everyone in the company we dealt with were friendly and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Had a great experience working with the Be Happy crew. The employees were professional and friendly and the work they did was Excellent.

So I thought we were on the same page , nope, there still billing me and there charging me 2% late fee on a bill that is incorrect !!!
They want 350$ for a 15 min trash removal, when they quoted me 250$ minimum for 2 guys for 2 hrs or 135$ and hr for 1 guy

I get it’s a business , how ever don’t quote one thing and bill for another I do NOT recommend!!

Unfortunately I had to postpone my project for now but I was happy with the level of service I had setting up a consultation. When I can move forward with the door replacement on my shed, I will definitely call them back!

This company is amazing. I have used them for interior work (kitchen remodeling) as well as exterior work (foundation repair). Whatever the job they have always been professional and prompt. The quality of work was just as promised. We are a very satisfied customer and will continue to use them in the future.

Wonderful experience with Be Happy! Ernie quickly scheduled us. Micaiah and Jordon did a fabulous job removing our Fireplace and even matched the our existing roof tiles! A beautiful end result that gave us 8 extra feet in our living room. Micaiah and Jordon were were extremely knowledgeable in all phases of the removal and drywall replacement . They were also very polite. We couldn’t ask for a better experience if we tried! Thank you Be Happy ! We look forward to getting more projects done with you all!

Loved the work the team did on my shower. My shower had been embarrassingly rough for the first 5 years we lived in our condo. We finally decided to take care of it and I'm so thankful my Father in law gave us their number. They got it done quickly and efficiently and with very little down time on the shower. They were pleasant to have in the house and went above and beyond to get us squared away when I messed up on ordering my parts .
Will definitely be using them again if anything else comes up.

Jake and his team at Be Happy have been extremely valuable to us. We have several properties in Anchorage and his crews get our yard care, driveways, walkways, decks and roofs cleared of snow in a timely and efficient manner every time. We love Be Happy and plan to continue to use them into the future.

I employed Be Happy Property Services for snow plowing several years, when I owned a triplex in East Anchorage. The drivers would show up promptly, plow out a six vehicle parking area and always hand shovel the walkway between the three units and the utility/laundry room. The price was fair. The last year I owned that property, I watched the Be Happy lawn and leaf removal crew of two clean up the front and back yards for my neighbors. They did it all in a couple hours. The teenagers I had hired took two days to do a similar amount for me, and at greater expense.

Horrible service I've lived at my property for almost 7 years and they have never once come to blow when it snows all of us tenants have been keep up with snow removal they get paid to not do there job. I've tried explaining this to owners of building and they again signed contract with them again this year and they haven't come to blow still. We got dumped on Oct 28th 29th and we had to remove the snow it's snowing again today Oct 31st and still have not seen them and having to clear the snow again on both sides of our complex I do not recommend this company if u want your property blowed when it's snows don't count on them to come when they are needed they will show up days or weeks later when there services aren't needed anymore. Also they shoot rocks at veihicles when an if they ever have showed up horrible experience the last 6 almost 7 years of living where I live literally we do the job they get paid for, if we don't clear the snow we all end up stuck in the drive way it's horrible.

Be Happy Property Service always come through and has kept my yard fabulous for some quite some time now. Very courteous and respectable to your wishes for your yard. They re always mindful of pets with fertilizer and salt in the winter. If you have concern or want to adjust, they are very willing to work with you for your needs to accommodate you the customer. They provide my lawn care in the Spring/Summer months and all my Fall/Winter needs. From grass cutting and trimming to snow removal and shoveling…They will have you covered! Tell them L sent you!

SCAM ALERT!!! Everyone should doubt the validity of positive reviews for this company. They have NEVER done any work for us ever, never called for any estimates, nothing at all, yet they have been repeatedly hounding my email for a review for months now. This scam works because many people are like my father and will just assume they forgot the name of the company they hired, or think that the company recently changed their name rather than look into if any work was actually done by THIS company, and not another one. I cannot judge the work of this company, yet they spam my email looking for a review, ALL prospective customers need to make sure you take all positive reviews with a grain of salt, question their validity. Lists of email addresses can be cheaply bought off the internet, false reviews that boost sales will more than cover that cost back to them.

Response to the business's claim that my email "somehow got into their system" yeah, like I said before you bought a list off the internet...because it's rather weird that you are claiming your system would have just an email and no physical address yet your system would send out multiple requests for reviews for work without more data in your system. HOW would my email get into your system other than by being added?? Nice attempt at trying to deflect blame onto your computer system but that doesn't explain how my email got into your system without any interaction with me at all. How many elderly have falsely given you reviews they intended for another company? And if you'll stoop low enough to get random emails off the internet, what else nefarious are you up to? Have you purchased your positive reviews off one of the many sites that offer that service? "Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus" It is rare that only one unscrupulous act is utilized when people have opted to use deceit, especially in business.

These guys built me a custom gate to allow a man gate and an expansion gate for my RV storage during winter. The savings in storage costs have already paid for what I spent. A sincere thank you!

We contracted BeHappy Property Services to install kitchen cabinets we had built to accommodate a larger refrigerator we had purchased. They came out and performed a survey and provided the estimate for the job. They returned after we received the materials. The work involved removing the old cabinets installing the new ones and relocating two more. The carpenter went above and beyond by correcting the cabinet maker’s error by switching the door swing. The work was performed quicker than expected and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks BeHappy. Shout out to Micaiah.

Be Happy Property Services helped us at a real time of need. An inept builder had started a somewhat major project, and we had to fire him midway (and were able to get our $$ back), leaving us with nowhere to go essentially. I received a flyer in the mail from Be Happy and also saw one of their service vehicles, so decided to call them. They were able to come right out, give me an estimate on what the remainder of the project would be, and sent out very skilled contractors to complete the drywall, texture, tile, shower install and laundry space reconfiguration.

Ernie and his crew replaced the roof on our shed. The did a fantastic job and completed the project in one day and they made sure to clean up the area after themselves! I will call Be Happy Property Services again in the future!

I'm very thankful for how responsive Be Happy is, owning a property and living out of town can be stressful. Having this resource is very valuable. Even if they can't take on the job, the referrals they have made always get the job done.

I met with Be Happy, in Mid-July to discuss my plan to replace an existing retaining wall; which will also serve as a planter areas with steps for better access between levels. Do to my schedule I asked that the project happen in September. The project/retaining wall with planers was complete under challenging weather conditions. The complete retaining wall and planter areas with steps was all I wanted.

Very professional and friendly. It was a toss up between two and Husband's choice won. Will keep you in mind for other projects.

Be Happy Property Services has worked with us to develop and complete several projects this summer, from cleaning out overgrowth around our home to doing work on our leach field, enlarging our deck, adding decorative stone on the exterior of the house, and multiple other small projects that needed to be completed. They've been helpful, efficient, kept us in the loop for schedule and materials deliveries, and had a great crew for every job. We highly recommend, and we'll be returning to them for future needs. Estimate request was prompt, they worked us into their already busy schedule and was able to start even before expected! We had our foundation resealed and graded away from the house (properly this time ). Be Happy worked with us in what best suited the job and the budget without sacrificing integrity of materials. The crew worked hard, adjusted to our plans, the weather and left each day with area as clean as possible. Thank you all for the help, patience and great work!

We hired Be Happy Property Services this summer, to clear out & level two LARGE areas of our property and install sod to connect our yard from 1 side to the other, clear out an area under our deck and put in a 16’x4’ concrete pad, remove hedges, dig out an extensive area behind our retaining wall, fill it and plant ground cover, in addition to other odds & ends that we added to the project. After we received our initial bid, I was advised the project mgr was no longer with BHPS. Nervous about moving forward, a meeting was set up right away with the owner Jacob, and a different project manager, Josh. From that meeting on, I knew I was in good hands, with excellent communication, a clear understanding for the scope of our project, and a dedication to respect the initial bid as much as possible. Then along came Maxx to manage our project. Talk about hardworking, a professional attitude, and solid communication! Maxx was there in the mix, every day, making sure I was happy with the work and that they were doing exactly what I wanted. We are in love with our landscaping this summer!! I would absolutely recommend Be Happy Property Services for your landscaping projects.

Be Happy recently installed a patio and decorative side path at our home. Maxx and his crew did a wonderful job. They were on time every day and worked to get the job done in a timely manner, even with heavy rain. Great crew. Would totally recommend Be Happy.

100% would recommend. The job they are doing is fantastic. I had alot of dry rot around my front door and chimney. There were several issues due to my end on not getting the correct door for mounting and they were able to come up with solutions right on the spot to it fix it. The installed is better then what I imagined. All my future homes projects will be going through them. Ernie and his team are the best.(Before photos show some damages and after photos included of full front door durning instal).

Never used them. But they are as dumb as a box of rocks. Instead of blowing the mess into the street or a place they can pick up, they blew all the cotton wood pollen into my open windows and into my open trailer, was moving at the time. Broke one of my windows with a pinhole weed whacking.

Be happy did some great landscaping for me and installed a border around my house filled with white rocks. It turned out great and was a fair price.

Be Happy Property Service in Anchorage AK is a dishonest company. My realtor received quote to install 4 CO/smoke detectors, 7 GFCI outlets and fix a minor leak in copper pipe in crawlspace. I reside in Georgia and was selling my deceased fathers townhouse there and relied heavily on my realtor to help me find a company to make the requested VA repairs. We were quoted approximately $500 in parts and labor and told it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete with the first hour being $185 and $125 after. Realtor forwarded the invoice to me today and I was gob smacked. The bill came to $1085.40 with 4 1/2 hour labor charge. Parts were $426.37 and $659.07 in labor. Realtor called Be Happy back about the amount and spoke to accountant and said accountant was not happy that we had been quoted a time, parts, or repair cost estimate. Realtor stated she will never use Be Happy Property Services ever again.

I have used Be Happy for almost 3 years now. Whether they are plowing my driveway or doing yardwork they have all ways gone above and beyond to take care of both of my small properties. They do excellent work and I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

During my regular dog walk on Government Hill, I had an unfortunate opportunity to observe two employees from 'Be Happy' engage in unprofessional conduct. The individual's vehicle they were interacting with was obstructed by a Be Happy truck, making maneuvering difficult.

Regrettably, these employees didn't limit their actions to causing inconveniences due to the improper parking of their truck. They further escalated the situation by raising their voices, making threats, and subsequently mocking the affected party trying to navigate around their vehicle.

In light of the company's name, 'Be Happy', it is disheartening to witness such a display of discourtesy from its representatives. Contrary to the company's ethos, these individuals appeared to derive satisfaction from being unkind, displaying poor manners, and adopting an overall disagreeable demeanor.

Have been calling Be Happy for years for pretty much everything for single properties and commercial properties I manage. They now do excavations including huge stump removal, foundation repairs and large plumbing issues through foundations. Really a key resource to me.

I used AK Landscaping for about 15 years. They always did a great job. I was bummed when the owner sold his business to Be Happy. When I learned they have at least two of the same guys on the crew I was thrilled. So…Be Happy made this customer very happy! Shout out to Joe. I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and they did a great job! Butcher block countertops and backsplash gave my kitchen a whole new updated look. In my bathroom they replaced my toilet and vanity. Was very pleased with their work! Highly recommend!

We have used Bee Happy for several years on many projects. Always top quality work. They are quite well known now so book your work early as they fill up and only take on work they know they can accomplish with the best quality.

Timmy is the #1 handyman..he’s punctual, honest, reliable and is the best. I recommended him to my neighbor last year and he built them the most beautiful deck 32X14 with a built in hot tub cover and a grill cover! Recommend going throw Tim.
