I had my roof replaced on my shed. Nice job, Shingles were the same brand and color of what was originally on the house. Now match. Bryan also reviewed my house and informed me that they are not ready for a replacement. He didn't try to sell me something currently not needed. It shows me he is honest and trustworthy.

Very happy with the work that was done to replace my roof. Crew was professional and got it done quickly. It took them just over 5 hours to complete which included a full tear off, installing new OSB sheathing on entire roof, along with iceshield barrier 6' up from the eaves, synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof, 12 roof cap vents for proper air flow along with a dampener vent for the bathroom exhaust fan and new CertainTeed shingles. Brian (owner) was very nice and to the point on what was needed, what they were going to do and what the cost would be. I am very happy I went with them. You won't be disappointed.

BCD was extremely professional and gave us a very fair price to fix our EPDM roof when other roofers didn't even want to bother with doing a small job. Definitely recommend!

Brian and his team were amazing!! Not just extremely knowledgeable and professional but nice and easy to communicate and work with. They even got us in much sooner than we thought and were done in half a day. And the price was extremely reasonable-they even offered financing through a separate company. I was having a chimney flashing problem, which led to water leaking into my attic and kitchen. One call to BCD Roofing and (Bryan) came an did a tremendous job. He not only did the ice & water shielding along with the reflashing, but he also built a mini-roof behind the chimney to stop the snow/water build up from siting behind the chimney. The price was very competitive and fit perfectly into our budget, If you need any roof, gutter or siding he is definitely the man to call. Hey Bryan, you will be hearing from us on our gutter project also.

I needed a roof for a new home that I purchased a month ago. Brian got straight to the point - Tells it like it is and told me what I needed and how much the roof will cost. Does not upsell you like the bigger roofing companies nor does he need to negotiate because their pricing is very competitive and affordable. Gives you choices of colors for your roof. Showed up in the start of the morning and finished before the work day ended with his crew of 5 for a 2300 sq ft roof. Job is immaculate - roof is colorful and looks beautiful. Bryan installed our roof in 2010 and did a great job! We had a few shingles blow off this last storm in December of 2022, and we contacted Bryan. Within a few days, he was here to replace the missing shingles at no cost. He was polite and told us to call him again if we had any more problems! That’s great customer service and he stood behind his guarantee! Highly reccomend.

Bryan from BCD roofing replaced our roof 13 years ago and did a good job at a reasonable price. He ended up doing several roofs in our subdivision on referrals. Over the years, Bryan has come back a couple times to fix hail damage. This month we had a home inspection and they noticed a slight staining around one of the roofing nails. Bryan came out and took care of us again, even though it was past our warranty period. He even tacked down some flashing that had came loose. The best roofing company. The owner is amazing and kind and went above and beyond. The helpers were courteous and thoughtful. Bryan was great to work with and knows his product well, was very informative on what and why everything needed to be done. Any questions that were had Bryan always answered his phone or returned the call almost immediately. Turn around time from contract being signed to new room being put on was quick. The new roof looks great and will hopefully last for a long time. My only complaint is that during the resheeting on the roof the electrical drop shifted and slightly damaged the soffit underneath the roof overhang.

Update: They returned and fixed the soffit at no cost.

Bryan came out to my house after a storm. He was very thorough and asked several questions about my home before contacting my insurance company. They submitted an estimate within days, and we had a roof on it within weeks. They were in and out in under 5 hours and the cleanup was a little over the top. I see why they call them OCD roofing, 6 hours after they arrived they left my ground cleaner than when they came. Will definitely recommend!!

Would definitely recommend Brian and BCD for any roofing or gutter projects. Brian knows the roofing business and doesn't mind sharing his knowledge and patiently explaining what he is going to do to your roof. The ceiling started leaking in our daughters room after a few days of heavy rain and we really needed to get our roof fixed. My fiance's coworker recommended BCD and gave him Bryans number. We woke to a leak into our kitchen and did not know the extent of the roof damage. Bryan was very responsive and able to come out same-day to assess. Hired BCD to replace my roof off of two friends' referrals who were very happy with the work they received. Bryan and his crew were fantastic. Their estimate was very competitive against several others we were quoted and we got way more for our money with BCD--including extra vents and woodwork that none of the other companies even offered. Bryan was very knowledgable and professional. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and it shows in his final product. He delivered everything on time and at a great price. We got our roof done during the off-season. Even with a much-smaller-than-typical crew, the roof was fully replaced same day. Clean up was flawless. Leaving a review for a service you may only use a couple of times in your life is usually difficult but I have no problem recommending Bryan and his crew at BCD construction.

We got a few different estimates to get our roof done and prices were all over the place. Bryan's fell right in the middle were it wasn't too expensive where you thought you were getting ripped off or so cheap that you worried about them doing a poor job. More importantly, getting to sit down and talk to Bryan was a pleasure because he is really down to earth, not pushy and you see that he really takes pride in his work.

Overall we are extremely happy with our roof and will recommend BCD to anyone we know and if we ever move and need roof repairs again they will be our only call.
